| In autumn and winter,when the ambient temperature and humidity are low,the human body feels low and the metabolism is slow,which makes the human body feel uncomfortable because of the cold,and also increases the incidence of chronic diseases such as hypertension,diabetes,arthritis,etc.Therefore,for autumn and winter textile and clothing products,people put forward more health care utility in terms of accelerating blood microcirculation and promoting metabolism on top of the basic demand of heat storage and warmth.The demand for health benefits such as accelerating blood microcirculation and promoting metabolism.Light-absorbing and heat-emitting far-infrared fiber,as a kind of fiber material that can actively generate heat,can not only absorb visible and near-infrared light energy from sunlight radiation to achieve warmth,but also absorb far-infrared energy radiated from the surrounding environment and the human body,which has both health effects.Based on this,this topic takes light-absorbing and heat-emitting far-infrared fiber as the main research object,and investigates the influence law of different fiber content and fabric structure on the light-absorbing and heat-emitting performance,far-infrared performance and taking performance of the specimen fabric,so as to provide theoretical support for the development of excellent performance of warmth and health care composite functional clothing products in autumn and winter.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Light-absorbing and heat-emitting far-infrared polyester fiber has irregular polygonal cross-section,rough longitudinal cross-section and obvious adherent particles on the surface;the moisture recovery rate of light-absorbing and heat-emitting far-infrared polyester fiber is 0.407%,the breaking strength is 2.1 cN/dtex and the elongation at break is 13.6%.(2)The results show that with the increase of light-absorbing and heat-emitting far-infrared polyester fiber content in the weft yarn,light-absorbing and heat-emitting temperature rise,far-infrared emissivity,far-infrared irradiation temperature rise and human body surface skin microcirculation blood flow promotion multiplier all show an increasing trend,and reach the highest when the weft yarn light-absorbing and heat-emitting far-infrared polyester fiber is 100%;fabric organization will affect the performance of the fabric,the more weft organization points,the better the fabric temperature rise effect,so eight Weft satin fabric temperature rise value is the highest,plain fabric temperature rise value is the lowest;fabric organization on the far infrared temperature rise,emission rate,human body surface skin microcirculation blood flow to promote the utility of the impact mainly dends on the surface form of the fabric.The rougher the surface of the fabric,the thicker the thickness,the better the far-infrared performance of the fabric,so the specimen of honeycomb organization fabric far-infrared performance is the best,far-infrared temperature rise,emissivity and human body surface skin microcirculation blood flow promotion times are the highest.(3)With the increase of light-absorbing and heat-emitting far-infrared polyester fiber content in the weft yarn,the air permeability,moisture permeability,anti-static performance and drapability of the fabric gradually weakened,and the crease recovery and warmth performance of the fabric gradually enhanced,and the anti-pilling performance was almost unaffected;in the B series,the different fabric tissues had an impact on the taking performance of the fabric,among which,the air permeability,moisture permeability and drapability of the eight weft satin were the best,the warmth performance of the honeycomb organization was the best,and the anti-pilling performance was the worst,and the anti-pilling performance of the plain fabric was the best,and the air permeability,moisture permeability and drapability were the worst.(4)After fuzzy comprehensive analysis,it is concluded that the comprehensive performance of the fabric is best when the weft yarn is all light-absorbing and heat-emitting far-infrared polyester fiber and the fabric organization is eight weft satin.(5)According to the comprehensive evaluation results,six kinds of casual clothing fabrics were designed and developed with j cad software,taking into account the current fashion trends of autumn and winter clothing. |
