| For the past few years,with the development of bionics and interface science,materials with special interface wettability have received extensive attention and research.However,after years of exploration and research,a single wettability has been unable to meet industrial production and demand,which has greatly limited the commercial promotion and application of superwetting interface materials.In addition,cumbersome preparation steps,high production costs and poor durability also make the large-scale production of superwetting materials into a dilemma.In order to solve these problems,based on the characteristics of simplicity,durability and low cost,this paper designs three kinds of superwetting interface with photothermal effect.The details are as follows:(1)Based on carbon nanospheres(CNSs),carbon nanotubes(CNTs),dopamine(DA),dodecyltrimethoxysilane(DTMS)and epoxy resin(EP),a self-healing superhydrophobic coating with photothermal effect(EP@DTMS@PDA@CNSs/CNTs)was prepared by spraying technology.When the coating loses its superhydrophobicity due to chemical attack,the long silane chain can be thermally migrated upward under the action of sunlight,thus realizing self-repair of the superhydrophobicity and availably prolonging the service life of the coating in various harsh environments.This large-scale constructable photothermal superhydrophobic coating has potential applications in the fields of anti-icing and defrosting.(2)Based on cuprous oxide(Cu2O),copper oxide(CuO),silver(Ag),and polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS),a superhydrophobic and superoleophilic copper foam(cf)with photothermal effect(PDMS@Ag@CuO/Cu2O@cf)was prepared by alkali etching technique and redox reaction.Based on this selective adsorption of water and oil,the modified cf can not only rapidly adsorb organic solvents(such as methylene chloride and n-hexane),but also exhibit good separation effect for oil-in-water emulsions.In addition,the cf samples can generate abundant heat under the irradiation of sunlight,which can accelerate the adsorption rate of viscous crude oil by reducing the viscosity in situ.The photothermal superhydrophobic cf has potential applications in the fields of marine oil spill treatment and industrial oily wastewater recovery.(3)Based on polydopamine(PDA),silicon dioxide(SiO2)and 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecyltriethoxysilane(FAS-17),a stain-resistant,breathable and durable photothermal superamphiphobic cotton fabric(FAS-SiO2@PDA@fabric)was obtained by self-polymerization and sol-gel method.The resulting fabric is resistant to contamination with water,common beverages and oils(ethylene glycol),as well as a variety of physical and chemical attacks.In addition,under the irradiation of simulated sunlight(I=15 A,300 s),the temperature of the fabric surface can be raised to 37.0°C,which is close to the temperature of human body,and it has good photothermal cycling performance.This multifunctional photothermal superamphiphobic cotton fabric has potential applications in anti-fouling,heat generation and other fields. |
