The testing and application of power exchange trucks in open-pit coal mines has gradually begun.To solve the truck scheduling problem under the power exchange mode,this thesis considers the characteristics of the fixed number of batteries in the power exchange station,which is different from the sufficient fuel storage in the gas station,and the short power exchange time in the power exchange station,which is different from the slow charging speed of the charging pile.A multi-objective scheduling model for power exchange trucks in open-pit coal mines is established,using basic genetic algorithms and adaptive genetic algorithms,Realize multi-objective scheduling of power exchange trucks.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Firstly,relevant research at home and abroad is summarized from the perspectives of vehicle scheduling model construction,scheduling model solution,and the development of power exchange trucks in open-pit mines,and the necessity of constructing a multi-objective scheduling model for power exchange trucks is discussed.Focusing on the scheduling scenario of power exchange trucks,a comparative analysis of power exchange trucks,fuel mining trucks,and charging mining trucks is conducted to provide a theoretical basis for constructing a scheduling model for power exchange trucks in open-pit coal mines.(2)Based on the research and summary of existing vehicle scheduling models,taking into account many production factors affecting mining transportation,and analogizing the solution idea of multiple traveling salesman problems,with the goal of minimizing the total transportation cost and the total waiting time of the replacement truck,the load and consumption of the crushing station,the load and production of the shovel point,the number of batteries available for replacement at the replacement station,and the number of transportation times per transportation line are comprehensively considered Constraints such as the remaining power when triggering the power change prompt,the selection of the power change station,the impact of environmental temperature on battery capacity,battery charging time,and mining output at the shovel point were established to establish a multi-objective scheduling model suitable for open-pit coal mine power change trucks.(3)The Floyd algorithm is used to calculate the optimal transportation distance between various points.Using basic genetic algorithms and adaptive genetic algorithms,a multi-objective mine card scheduling model for power exchange in open-pit coal mines is solved,and an initial scheduling plan for power exchange mine cards,vehicle shovel configuration,and transportation path for power exchange mine cards are generated.It has been verified that the constructed scheduling model for power exchange mines can meet the requirements of daily production tasks when applied to open pit mines.The solution results of the adaptive genetic algorithm are slightly better than those of the basic genetic algorithm,and the solution results of the adaptive genetic algorithm are reduced by 5.6% and 17.4% in total transportation costs and total waiting time,respectively,compared to the basic genetic algorithm.Finally,based on the data generated by the dispatching,the cost compensation method is used to calculate the relocation step formula for the exchange station.
