Abstract/Summary:
Guided by the existing research results on the development law of surrounding rock loose zone,combined with the geological conditions of the 1301 thick coal seam with large mining height in Yuxi Coal Mine,this thesis comprehensively uses the research methods of physical and mechanical test,field measurement,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation analysis,etc.,to research the development law of surrounding rock loose zone and roadway support parameters of the mining roadway under the influence of thick coal seam mining,and has obtained the following research results:(1)The physical and mechanical properties of 3 # coal seam and roof and floor of Yuxi Mine were tested.Based on the geological conditions of 1301 fully mechanized mining face,the mechanical parameters such as elastic modulus,tensile strength and cohesion of coal body,roof and floor are tested and obtained,providing basic data for roadway support and numerical analysis.(2)The monitoring of the loose zone in the surrounding rock of the tunnel was carried out using a borescope,and the development law of the loose zone in the surrounding rock was studied.Taking the 1301 and 1302 fully mechanized mining faces of Yuxi Mine as the research objects,the first and third return air troughs of 1301 and1301 working faces were studied.It was found that the roof was relatively intact without the influence of mining,with a loosening range of less than 0.5m and a loosening range of 0.5-1m for both sides;Under the influence of advanced stress during a mining operation,there are locally developed cracks in the roof,with a loosening range of0.5~1m and a loosening range of 1.2~1.5m on both sides.(3)The suitable roof cutting and pressure relief method for the mining roadway of working faces 1303 and 1304 of Yuxi Mine has been determined,and the hydraulic pre splitting drilling spacing is 5m,and the hole diameter is given Φ Key processes and parameters such as 58 mm,elevation angle of 45 °,and hole depth of 44 m.(4)Optimize and determine the support form of the mining roadway in working faces 1303 and 1304.Through theoretical analysis,FLAC3 D numerical simulation,and other methods,specific tunnel anchor mesh and cable support parameters were determined,and the support scheme was optimized and demonstrated.There are 40 figures,44 tables,89 references in thesis.
