| In the context of fast-paced life,the pressure of life is accompanied by the increase and rejuvenation of the incidence of various chronic diseases.Traditional infrared therapy and comprehensive infrared therapy are external treatment methods for chronic inflammatory diseases such as scapulohumeral periarthritis.At present,there are many controlled experimental studies and clinical applications.As a material that can release infrared rays,volcanic rocks can be used in textiles to improve human microcirculation to a certain extent.Considering the requirements of autumn and winter clothing for antistatic and other wearability,this topic mainly tests and analyzes the properties of seamless knitted samples prepared by different fabric factors.It provides a reference for the development of functional materials with far-infrared function and good wearability such as warm and antistatic in autumn and winter,as well as the design of medical or health textiles for chronic inflammatory diseases such as shoulder arthritis.In this paper,different veils one(blended polyester volcanic fiber,blended polyamide volcanic fiber,pure polyester and pure nylon as raw material type of veil one),and veil two(nylon conductive yarn)were used according to 8∶0、7∶1 and 6∶2three kinds of veil feeding ratio,combined with three kinds of seamless knitting structure,together to form fabric factors.According to the orthogonal experimental design method of three factors and four levels,the sample scheme was established and16 knitted samples were obtained to explore the far-infrared function of each seamless knitted sample and the difference of basic wear performance in autumn and winter.Using the random block design variance analysis method in SPSS software,the far-infrared performance index test results of the sample fabrics were analyzed respectively.The research shows that: in terms of the type of raw material for the veil one,the far-infrared emissivity and the promotion effect on the human skin microcirculation blood flow of the fabric woven by the volcanic rock nylon blended with polyamide are slightly better than those of the volcanic rock polyester blended with polyester,while the far-infrared radiation temperature rise of the fabric woven by the volcanic rock polyester blended with polyester is higher than that of the volcanic rock nylon blended with polyamide.In general,the far-infrared properties of the fabrics made of volcanic rock blended with different polymer fibers are less different;in terms of the yarn ratio of veil one to nylon conductive yarn,the higher the proportion of veil one in the veil,the better the far-infrared performance of the fabric;in terms of fabric structure,the far-infrared emissivity of weft plain knitted fabric is slightly higher,the far-infrared radiation temperature rise of 1+1 false rib fabric is slightly higher,and the promotion effect of 1+3 false rib fabric on human skin microcirculation blood flow is slightly better,the far-infrared properties of fabrics with three different organizational structures vary under different indicator characterizations.By using the variance analysis method of random block design,the test results of 9performance indexes of fabric were analyzed respectively.The results show that: for the comfort performance test of fabric,in terms of warmth retention performance,when the veil one is volcanic nylon,the yarn ratio is 8∶0 and the structure is 1+3 false rib,the warmth retention performance of the fabric is better,that is,the veil one is volcanic nylon,the thicker the fabric is and the higher the content of the veil one is,the larger the Crow Value of the fabric is and the better the warmth retention performance is.In terms of air permeability,when the veil one is volcanic nylon,the yarn ratio is 7∶1 and the structure is 1+3 false rib,the fabric has better air permeability,that is,the veil one is volcanic nylon,the larger the porosity of the fabric,the greater the air permeability and the better the air permeability.In terms of moisture permeability,when the veil one is volcanic polyester,the yarn ratio is 6∶2 and the structure is weft plain,the moisture permeability of the fabric is better,that is,the veil one is volcanic polyester,and when the fabric is lighter and thinner,the moisture permeability of the fabric is larger and the moisture permeability is better.According to the test index of static voltage half-life,when the veil is volcanic nylon,the yarn ratio is 8∶0 and the structure is 1+3 false rib,the antistatic performance of the fabric is poor,that is,the less the proportion of nylon conductive yarn in the veil,the larger the static voltage half-life of the fabric and the worse the antistatic performance.According to the test index of friction charged voltage,when the veil one is volcanic nylon,the yarn ratio is 6∶2 and the structure is weft plain stitch,the antistatic performance of the fabric is better,that is,the more nylon conductive yarn in the veil,the smaller the friction charged voltage of the fabric,the better the antistatic performance.Regarding the appearance performance test of the fabric,in terms of rigidity and flexibility,when the veil one is volcanic rock nylon,the yarn ratio is 6∶2,and the structure is 1+3 false rib,the fabric has strong rigidity,that is,the veil is a volcanic rock nylon,and when the fabric is thicker and solid,the fabric has greater bending stiffness and is more upright.In terms of wrinkle resistance,when the veil one is nylon,the yarn ratio is 7∶1 and the structure is weft plain stitch,the wrinkle resistance of the fabric is poor,that is,when the veil one is nylon,the fabric is lighter and thinner.When the fabric is tight,the wrinkle recovery angle of the fabric is small,the elasticity is small,and the more wrinkles;in terms of drapability,when the veil one is volcanic nylon,the yarn ratio is 8∶0 and the structure is 1+3 false rib,the drapability of the fabric is poor,that is,the veil is volcanic nylon,and the greater the thickness of the fabric,the greater the drapability coefficient of the fabric and the worse the drapability.In terms of anti-pilling property,when the veil one is volcanic nylon,the yarn ratio is 8∶0 and the structure is weft plain stitch,the anti-pilling property of the fabric is poor,that is,the veil one is volcanic nylon,and the lighter the fabric is,the smaller the pilling series of the fabric is,and the worse the anti-pilling property is.Based on the test and analysis of the far-infrared functionality and basic wearability of seamless sample fabrics,10 textile experts were invited to score and rate the importance of the selected test indicators in the subject for far-infrared thermal textiles in autumn and winter.The analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the weight of the importance rating results of each performance index,and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to synthesize the subjective weight value and objective test data.The comprehensive performance of 16 samples was analyzed.The comprehensive performance of the samples is ranked as follows: 5# > 6# > 8# >7# > 11# > 12# > 16# > 16# > 15# > 14# > 9# > 1# > 3# > 13# > 10# > 2# > 4#.The weaving process scheme of 5# sample with better comprehensive performance is as follows: the veil one is volcanic nylon,the yarn ratio of veil is 8∶0,and the structure is weft plain stitch.According to the etiology and pathology of scapulohumeral periarthritis,based on the test and analysis results of sample fabrics,the partition design method and seamless knitting technology were used to design and develop clothing products,aiming to provide reference for the application of volcanic rock fibers in the field of external treatment and health care of chronic inflammatory diseases such as scapulohumeral periarthritis. |
