Intelligent temperature regulating fiber was a kind of functional fiber that can automatically absorb and release heat to keep the temperature constant,which has good applications in clothing,aviation and other fields.However,with the development of economy and the improvement of people’s material living standard,simple intelligent thermo-regulating fiber can hardly meet people’s pursuit of individuation and functionalization.There was a need for thermo-regulating fiber with more function.In this study,the coaxial electrospinning method was used.Firstly,the sheath solution was modified to give the fiber with antibacterial,hydrophobic and fragrance functions.Then enclosing the phase changing material with the sheath solution to obtain the multifunctional intelligent thermoregulating nanofibers with the core sheath structure.This method has a simple preparation process.It can effectively solve the leakage problem of phase change material,but also can integrate a variety of functions meet people’s needs.The main research contents were as follows:(1)Intelligent thermo-regulating nanofibers with antibacterial function was successfully prepared by coaxial electrospinning.The antibacterial agent curcumin was added to the polymer polyacrylonitrile to give the fiber with antibacterial function.Octadecane was encapsulated in antibacterial nanofibers,which endows the fiber with the thermal regulation function.Curcumin concentration and core solution feed rate were adjusted systematically.When the concentration of curcumin was 10 wt%and core solution feed rate was 0.25 m L/h,the antibacterial intelligent thermo-regulating fiber with great antibacterial and thermal regulation properties was prepared,the composite fiber has good comprehensive properties.(2)Using polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF),polystyrene(PS)and nano-silicon dioxide(Si O2)as sheath solution and octadecane as core solution to prepare intelligent thermo-regulating fiber with hydrophobic propertiey by coaxial electrospinning method.The PS/PVDF ratio,Si O2 concentration and core solution feed rate were adjusted by the systematicaly.When the ratio of PS/PVDF was 3/3,the Si O2 concentration was 1.0wt%,and the core solution feed rate was 0.25 m L/h,the comprehensive performance of the fiber was the best.The water contact angle of the composite fiber was 134.52°,and the latent heat value was 148.84 J/g.It has excellent hydrophobicity and thermal regulation properties,and has a good application prospect in the field of outdoor protective clothing and electronic device protection.(3)The thermo-regulating nanofiber with fragrance property prepared by coaxial electrospinning.The fragrance and thermal regulation functions were successfully integrated into the same fiber membrane using polymer polyacrylonitrile and the fragrance agent menthol as sheath solution and phase change material octadecane as core solution.The content of menthol and the core solution feed rate were adjusted systematically.When the concentration of menthol was 7 wt%,the fiber membrane had the best fragrance property.When the core solution feed rate was 0.25 m L/h,the latent heat value of the fiber to maximum was 182.12 J/g.The composite fiber membrane can release the fragrance of menthol at least 21 days.The composite fiber membrane has good fragrance and thermal regulation properties.It has excellent application potential in hot summer.
