China’s coke production capacity is huge,and the annual by-product of coke oven gas exceeds 100 billion cubic meters.The comprehensive utilization of a large number of coke oven gas has become a major issue of concern in the coking industry.The removal of hydrogen sulfide(H2S)and carbonyl sulfide(COS)from coke oven gas is of great significance to improve the quality of gas,reduce equipment corrosion,reduce environmental pollution,improve the quality of recovered products and promote the production of high-quality steel.In this thesis,COS in coke oven gas was hydrolyzed into H2S by catalyst,and then H2S was removed by dry method.Combined with catalytic hydrolysis and dry removal,the integrated removal of sulfide in coke oven gas was realized.A new type of Ca-Ba-γ-Al2O3catalyst was prepared by usingγ-Al2O3as the skeleton of hydrolysis catalyst and Ca(OH)2and Ba(OH)2·8H2O as the basic activating components.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction humidity and the loading amount of active components on the hydrolysis efficiency of COS were investigated;The mechanism of the catalytic reaction was elucidated by means of XRD、BETcharacterization.The results show that the hydrolysis efficiency of COS can reach 95.22%when the reaction temperature is 55°C and the reaction humidity is 56%.Two kinds of active components,Fe OOH and Fe(OH)3,were selected to synthesize iron-based desulfurizer with foam nickel as carrier,and then H2S was removed by dry desulfurization method.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction humidity and the molar ratio of Fe OOH to Fe(OH)3on the removal efficiency of H2S were investigated.The results show that the self-made foam Ni-Fe based desulfurizer has the best desulfurization ability when the reaction temperature is 40°C,the reaction humidity is 42%and the molar ratio of Fe OOH to Fe(OH)3is 1.2:1,and the corresponding sulfur capacity is 20.4%.
