| With the development of porphyrins in the fields of analytical chemistry,chemical catalysis,medical science and biological science,designing and synthesizing new functional hydrophilic porphyrins is becoming more and more important.In this work,the synthesis,structural characterization and spectral properties of arm-type water-soluble Meso-tetrakis(propoxy sulfonate)phenyl porphyrin were studied.The preparation of Meso-tetrakis(propoxy sulfonate)phenyl porphyrin and metal porphyrins was studied,and the application of metal porphyrins in analytical chemistry and ion detection was explored.In Chapter 2,the synthesis methods of Meso-5,l0,l5,20-tetrakis(phydroxyphenyl)porphyrin and Meso-tetrakis(4-O-substituted phenyl)porphyrins were optimized.The results showed that Meso-tetrakis(p-hydroxyphenyl)porphyrin and Meso-tetrakis(4-O-substituted phenyl)porphyrins were synthesized by dichloroacetic acid and m-nitrobenzoic acid in anisole nitrobenzene solvent,and the synthesis yields of Meso-tetrakis(4-O-substituted phenyl)porphyrins reached 28%,34%,35% and 32%.The purification method of these porphyrin compounds was established,and the high purity porphyrin compounds were prepared by using Soxhlet extracter through the mixed solvent of dichloromethane and methanol.The synthesis method has the advantages of simple synthesis,ideal yield and high purity.In Chapter 3,the synthesis and purification of Meso-tetrakis(propoxy sulfonate)phenyl porphyrin were studied,and the structure of the porphyrin compound was characterized.The molecular aggregation properties of Meso-tetrakis(propoxy sulfonate)phenyl porphyrin in acid aqueous solution were investigated.The preparation method of Zn(Ⅱ),Pb(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅱ),Mn(Ⅱ),Ag(Ⅰ)and other metal porphyrins has been studied.In Chapter 4,the application of Meso-tetrakis(propoxy sulfonate)phenyl porphyrin in analytical chemistry and ion detection is studied. |
