In the process of oil and gas drilling operations,overflow situations often occur,if not handled in time,it is easy to cause blowout accidents,causing a huge threat to the personal safety of construction personnel,polluting the surrounding environment,and reducing economic benefits.Overflow is the precursor of well surge blowout,and the timely diagnosis of overflow is of great significance and is one of the important research directions in drilling engineering.To achieve timely diagnosis of overflow is not an easy task,the on-site drilling conditions are complex and changeable,various types of drilling parameters are frequently changed,coupled with the limitations of technical conditions,it is difficult to ensure the timeliness of overflow detection by simple diagnostic models and detection methods.In view of the above problems,this paper has passed the literature research and field practice.Firstly,the mechanism of overflow occurrence and the characteristics of oil and gas in the well when overflow occurs are studied,and the performance characteristics of overflow after overflow under different working conditions are analyzed,and the changes in parameters such as inlet and outlet flow,drilling fluid volume,vertical pressure sleeve pressure and other parameters after overflow are analyzed,and the appropriate overflow detection parameters are selected according to the changes in the overflow process parameters.Secondly,through the analysis and study of the existing overflow detection methods at home and abroad,the basic principles of neural network technology and intelligent algorithms are used to design the overflow early detection scheme,and the overflow detection early warning model based on the neural network intelligent algorithm is established,and the establishment of this model provides support for the subsequent early overflow early warning software design.Finally,according to the needs of early overflow detection on the spot,the analysis and processing method of overflow detection parameters based on computer technology and the principle of receiving and reading of detection parameters are deeply analyzed and studied,and the structure,module and database of early overflow early warning software are designed.Based on Springboot technology,mybatis technology and thymeleaf technology framework,the research and development of early overflow early warning software was completed.Establish a dynamic database based on the measured data,and use the dynamic measured data to carry out relevant test verification of the system.After testing and analysis,the software can run normally,stably and effectively,can realize the reading of real-time(real-time)data on the site,can reflect the real and effective overflow situation,the software can make a timely and effective overflow warning,to ensure the safety of drilling and improve the efficiency of drilling has an important role. |
