| With the improvement of people’s living standards,the greater the demand for leather,the supply of natural leather materials has been greatly improved.However,traditional polyurethane packaging materials often use a large number of organic solvents,which are easy to leak toxic gases,and have been gradually used in the development of plastic fabrics in recent years.However,because a large number of hydrophilic groups or hydrophilic polyurethane segments are water-resistant,the abrasion resistance and abrasion resistance of skin color are relatively low,and only one function is covered on the skin.Therefore,the focus of this study is no longer the WPU coating with high color fastness,and the polyester material used to transfer disperse dye C.I.Blue 72 is developed to study the effects of the structure and proportion of WPU and dyeing process on the mechanical properties,dry/wet grindability and friction of the coating.On this basis,the coloring process of WPU leather was determined,the effects of interoperability of functional additives and compatibility of different functions of packaging materials on multi-purpose leather finishing were studied,the multi-purpose finishing process of plastics was developed,and finally the polymorphic materials were developed.The conclusions are as follows.Firstly,the UV absorber was filtered,and its influence on the solar radiation resistance of disperse blue 72 was studied.The influence of UV absorber/electroplated blue 72 on the transfer rate and solar radiation resistance was studied.It was found that the solar radiation resistance of the fabric could be effectively improved by 1~2 degrees when the mass ratio was 0.3~0.4 mm.The effect of UV-326 on zirconia beads is to set the mass fraction of UV-326 to 1:10,and the action time of zirconia beads is 18 h,so that a better dispersion liquid can be obtained on the basis of UV-326,and the mass fraction of disperse blue 72 is 6%and 4%(for PVB,the dispersed UV-326 as mentioned above),which is a homogeneous plasma,and the color on the converted paper is changed.Secondly,we studied the anti-friction properties of polyurethane pressure materials to understand how the structure of WPU affects the mechanical properties of emulsion,the dry/wet wear degree of surface materials,anti-friction properties and so on.The production process of high toughness WPU coatings was determined.The results showed that the relative wear rate of the surfaces of WPU emulsions SX-9283E and L-2511 with a ratio of 1:3,The mass fraction of pigment to waterborne polyurethane is 2~4%,thickener is 1%,crosslinking agent is 3%,wetting agent is 2%,defoamer is 0.2%and leveling agent is 0.2%,temperature of 120℃and time of 20 s.10%of the coating layer is 0.26 MPa,the breaking strength is 6.58 MPa,and the elongation at break is 842%.When the mass fraction of the crosslinker agent 502 is 0.5%,the treatment temperature is 120℃and the treatment time is 3 min,two manually treated coating chromatographs are needed.The dry friction and wet friction resistance of the final plastic can reach 4~5degrees,and it is drought/wet wear resistant.Finally,according to the processing technology of WPU coatings,we studied the interaction and function of UV-326 ultraviolet absorber,C7X brake and TY-18M61functional finishing technology,and on this basis,we studied the solutions of C7X and TY-18M61 functional finishing technology,discussed the influence of functional compatibility on the versatility of leather finishes,and determined the best multi-functional treatment scheme.It is concluded that when the weight ratio of UV-326 is 6%,the color of the paint material is as follows:the anti-solar radiation ability is 3.43 s when the color is C7X 70 g/L,the damage length is 1.4 cm,which conforms to the national standard B1 TY-18M61,the connection angle is 141.03°when the weight ratio is 50 g/L,and it has 3 to 4 grades.When C7X is combined with TY-18M61,The oil-proof grade of6~7 and the pollution-proof grade of 5 have a great influence on the anti-pollution ability of the plastic surface,Therefore,the functional additives were selected to sort out the imitation leather coated fabric step by step,and the compatibility between each function was explored,and the best finishing process of the imitation leather coated fabric was finally determined,while maintaining excellent sunlight resistance,flame retardancy and water resistance on the surface of multifunctional leather after washing,making it more waterproof. |
