The textile industry is one of the three pillar industries of consumer goods in China,and it is also the main support for import and export trade.In the"14th Five-Year Plan"of the textile industry,new requirements are put forward for the future energy structure,energy and water utilization efficiency of the textile industry,which means that the textile industry needs to continuously innovate technology to improve its own product quality and production efficiency.As an important parameter index in the textile printing and dyeing process,the moisture content of the fabric will have an impact on the processing efficiency and quality of the product.At this stage,many textile enterprises still rely on manual experience to estimate the moisture content of the fabric,which makes the detection of moisture content have a large error,which affects the subsequent production and processing.At the same time,in the moisture content detection,due to the large number of fabric types and components,the current stage of fabric moisture content detection is based on the calibration method,lack of universality.Therefore,the design of a device for accurate detection of fabric moisture content is of great significance to the green and intelligent development of the textile industry.A separate dielectric resonator detection system is designed to study the applicability of different fabric dielectric models for the detection of dielectric constant of different types of aqueous fabrics and the influence of dye concentration on the detection of dielectric constant of aqueous fabrics,which has certain engineering value.The main work done in this article is as follows:(1)The research background and significance of the topic are explained.The moisture content detection methods at home and abroad are listed,and the application of moisture content detection of substances by resonator method at home and abroad is described in detail,and finally various detection methods are compared and analyzed,the microwave resonator method with high detection accuracy and fast speed is determined as an experimental research method.(2)The working modes and corresponding field distributions of different types of microwave resonators are discussed,and the working mode of the separated medium resonator is determined to be TE01δmode.The dielectric properties of aqueous fabrics are analyzed,which provided theoretical support for the detection of fabric moisture content by microwave method,and also determined that the resonant frequency of the separated dielectric resonator was about 10 GHz.A dielectric model of aqueous fabrics is established to explore the relationship between dielectric constant and moisture content.(3)ANSYS HFSS simulation software was used to simulate and analyze the working frequency and field distribution of the separated medium resonator in TE01δworking mode through eigenmode solving and mode-driven solving,and finally obtained a model that meets the design requirements,and the experimental device was prepared by the manufacturer.The classical electromagnetic field theory is used to derive the internal field distribution of the cavity.(4)A separate medium resonator moisture content detection system is built,an experimental scheme is designed,and fabric samples with different dye concentrations are obtained by high temperature and high pressure immersion.The dielectric model of aqueous fabric is used to fit and analyze the detection results of different kinds of fabrics,and it is found that the fitting results of polynomial mathematical model and exponential model are closest to the experimental data,and the fitting degree of the exponential model is positively correlated with the content of polyester fiber.The changes of dielectric constant of fabrics with different dye concentrations at different moisture content are studied,and it is found that when the moisture content is in the range of 0~40%,the influence of 0~10%dye concentration on the mixed dielectric constant of aqueous fabrics is small,which provided reference for the detection of moisture content of cloth microwave method in subsequent engineering applications.
