Research On The Design Transformation And Application Of Men’s Informal Clothes Elements In Southern Song Dynasty

The culture of the Southern Song Dynasty was active and prosperous,creating countless spiritual wealth.Under the open cultural policy,Southern Song society exhibited many characteristics such as creativity,diversity,inclusiveness,radiation,and integration.Among them,the long-standing cultural and artistic heritage and rich material wealth have practical guiding significance for the organic integration of life,art,and culture at this stage.The evolution of form is due to the change of meaning,and the form of clothing design is constantly developed under the influence of cultural consciousness,and can be continuously transformed and developed in the derivative relationship with cultural imagery.This article mainly focuses on the relationship between the culture of the Southern Song Dynasty and the male clothing of the Southern Song Dynasty,extracting design elements from them and transforming them into contemporary clothing design.Tracing back to the cultural composition of Southern Song society and the reflection of culture in clothing,analyzing the constituent elements of Southern Song men’s clothing,as well as the design forms and cultural connotations contained therein,and exploring its transformation and application in modern clothing design.On the basis of tracing the social and cultural background of the formation of male uniforms in the Southern Song Dynasty,this article interprets the elements of male uniforms in the Southern Song Dynasty.Firstly,through historical analysis and comparison,this paper summarizes the rational aesthetic expression in the male uniforms of the Southern Song Dynasty,presenting a harmonious balance between ethnic and contemporary characteristics,cultural and practical aspects,life interests,and artistic aesthetics.Summarize various design elements such as style,structure,pattern,color,etc;Through the description and analysis of specific elements,the selected and extracted elements of Southern Song male clothing will be explored,and the transformation and application of Southern Song male clothing elements in contemporary clothing design will be explored.Based on the design concepts summarized in the previous text,specific practices will be carried out to design clothing works that showcase Southern Song culture.The design transformation of the elements of male regular clothing in the Southern Song Dynasty is a continuation of the ancient Southern Song culture,combined with popular fashion and practical structure,which is more suitable for current clothing needs and enriches Chinese fashion design style and language.
