Borneol(camphol)and hymecromone are the most common antibacterial structural units,widely used in a variety of antibacterial systems.Organic antibacterial polymers are synthesized by chemical methods such as polymerization reaction(including copolymerization and homopolymerization)or grafting of monomers containing antibacterial structure together.Its unique advantages make it a good choice among many antibacterial materials.This paper introduced isobornyl acrylate and hymecromone groups into antibacterial polymer,and the obtained antibacterial polymer not only has high antibacterial broad spectrum,but also has the characteristics of hydrophobicity and fluorescence,etc.The main research content of this thesis is as follows:1.The polymerizable monomer N-(4-hydroxyethyl)methyl acrylamide was firstly prepared,and then it was copolymerized with isobornyl acrylate monomer.Finally,the copolymer and nano zinc oxide were physically blended to prepare the composite material with adhesion and high antibacterial properties.The composites were characterized by FT-IR,XRD,TGA,SEM,contact Angle measurement instrument,TEM and antibacterial test.The results show that the Zn O/borneol-based polymer has been successfully prepared,and the composite has thermal stability and a certain degree of hydrophilicity,which are beneficial to the application in different environments.The antibacterial test results showed that the pure polymer had the highest antibacterial rate of 99.73% against Bacillus subtilis.When the quantum dot zinc oxide was loaded on the polymer,the antibacterial rate was improved,and its antibacterial rate against Bacillus subtilis was 100.00%,and the antibacterial rate was the highest compared with other sizes of composite materials.2.A new type of antibacterial polymer fluorescent coating was prepared by copolymerization of hydroxycoumarin derivatives and dodecfluoroheptyl methacrylate with divinylbenzene as matrix.The coating materials were characterized and tested by FTIR,SEM,TGA,contact Angle measurement instrument,fluorescence microscope,contact germicidal experiment and anti-bacterial adhesion experiment.The results showed that the fluorescent coating material not only had superhydrophobicity and high fluorescence stability,but also had strong bactericidal and anti-adhesion effect on Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus.
