With the pressure of the energy crisis gradually increasing,environmental pollution has caused many adverse effects.Under the current national strategy of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality",accurate garbage classification and treatment can effectively reduce waste pollution and achieve resource recovery.In turn,it will play a positive role in the achievement of the dual carbon goal.In addition,in recent years,the world is facing a tense epidemic situation.Cases of virus infection in various public places are not uncommon.Public health and safety issues cannot be ignored.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out efficient and real-time intelligent cleaning of public places.This paper takes environmental pollution,energy recovery and health safety as the starting point,and develops an intelligent combined garbage sorting box for indoor public spaces that integrates the functions of garbage classification,atomization and disinfection,and vacuuming.,Provide reference for intelligent integrated design.In the early stage of the research,the principles of each function were integrated and updated.The garbage classification function used speech recognition technology to automatically identify the types of garbage thrown by users,and developed the core system function module of the single-chip microcomputer to improve the efficiency of speech recognition.The atomization disinfection function introduces an ultrasonic atomizer to sterilize in the form of tiny droplet diffusion,improving the suitability of applications in public places.The vacuuming and cleaning function adopts the form of dual motors to drive the left and right wheels,and performs multi-brush cleaning according to the type of sundries,improving the generalization ability of system functions.Finally,two design schemes with intelligent garbage classification as the main function and disinfection and cleaning of large public areas as auxiliary functions were formed.Through the analysis of ergonomic principles,the range of motion of the human arm is statistically processed to determine the size range of the design.Then,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is carried out for the statistically significant user satisfaction data samples,and the market satisfaction of the scheme is comprehensively measured from five dimensions,such as functionality,convenience,design,safety,and price acceptability.The final design proposal was determined in the two scenarios.In the detailed research of indoor intelligent combined garbage bins,the key contents such as garbage classification,garbage compression,atomization and disinfection,vacuum cleaning and overall shape design are mainly completed.In terms of garbage classification and compression,a speech recognition module control system with a single chip as the core is designed,which can effectively improve the accuracy of garbage classification.Under the design of rack and pinion transmission,the pressure sensing system and overload protection device are used to improve the reliability of garbage compression.In terms of atomization disinfection and vacuum cleaning,a double-row parallel atomization structure layout and a vacuum cleaning module with binocular visual obstacle avoidance function are proposed respectively,which achieve a good integration of auxiliary functions,and also carry out the above functions.A comprehensive ergonomic simulation analysis has been carried out to verify the feasibility and practicability of the mechanical design.In terms of overall shape design,starting from the appearance,color and material,it presents the artistic effect of the transition of streamlined lines,the combination of technical gray and white cabinets,and the combination of metal and plastic materials.The research in this paper has technical feasibility and market acceptability,and has potential social value and significance in the fields of health security and energy recovery.
