Paederia scandens is a long history of culinary and medicinal use in Hainan.The active components of paederia scandens were discovered to be anti-pain and anti-inflammation,however the particular mechanism of action is unknown.This paper presents a network pharmacological analysis of the analgesic and anti-ulcerative colitis mechanism of action of paederia scandens and validates it through molecular docking simulations.In order to explore the selection pattern of the paederia scandens compound and the molecular mechanism of action of related foods,the mechanism of action of the paederia scandens-bletilla compound anti-ulcerative colitis was analyzed through compound network pharmacology and molecular docking.In this paper,based on the network pharmacological analysis,develop the functional food of paederia scandens and design the supporting device.The results of the study are as follows.The network pharmacology analysis of paederia scandens showed that the mechanism of analgesic action of paederia scandens may be that the five core active ingredients act on PIK3R1,AKT1,EGFR and HRAS targets,thus affecting the signaling pathways such as endocrine resistance,proteoglycan signaling pathway in cancer and EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor resistance to exert analgesic effects.The mechanism of anti-ulcerative colitis effect of paederia scandens may be that the five core active ingredients act on PIK3R1,AKT1,EGFR,HRAS targets,affecting cancer pathways,endocrine resistance,proteoglycan signaling pathway in cancer and other signaling pathways to play anti-ulcerative colitis effect.It was verified by molecular docking of core active ingredients with core target proteins.Development of paederia scandens superfine powder based on the network pharmacology analysis of paederia scandens.The preparation process of paederia scandens superfine powder was optimized by single-factor experiment,Box-Behnken response surface experiment,and sensory evaluation experiment,with color difference value as color protection index.The optimize color protection process conditions:the concentration of Zn2+was 0.21%,the hot ironing time of 120 s,and the drying temperature was 68.5℃,the actual color difference value L*was 53.21,the color difference value|a*|was 10.93,and the color difference value b*was 32.38 measured.The network pharmacology analysis of paederia scandens and bletilla compound showed that the anti-ulcerative colitis mechanism of action of the compound may be the six core active ingredients acting on PIK3R1,AKT1,EGFR,HRAS targets,affecting cancer pathways,endocrine resistance,proteoglycan signaling pathway in cancerand other signaling pathways to play anti-ulcerative colitis effect,and was verified by molecular docking of the core active ingredients to the core target proteins.Development of paederia scandens-bletilla compound slow-release beverage pellets based on compound network pharmacology analysis.It was optimized by single-factor experiment,slow-release kinetics experiment,and sensory evaluation experiment,and the type of pellets and slow release characteristics were used as the indicators for making pellets.The optimize formulation:paederia scandens powder superfine powder 21.5%,water extract freeze-dried powder of bletilla 4.3%,fine white sugar 21.5%,maltodextrin13%and corn starch 30.2%,carrageenan 0.9%,distilled water 8.6%.The design of the supporting device for the paederia scandens slow-release pellets is carried out.And a pellets-making device is designed,setting the rolling groove section,the packing cylinder section and the extrusion section as a sleeve-type column structure,combining the three steps of the extrusion and rolling round pellets-making method to realize the continuous operation of the pellets-making step.Three types of straws for slow-release pellets are designed,and the suction tube barrel is designed as stick type,ball type and spiral type,and an anti-backflow device is designed,which can be used as a packaging and use device for slow-release pellets.
