The jujube industry is a specialty fruit industry in Xinjiang,and the excellent climatic conditions of the 14th Division of the Xinjiang Construction Corps have led to the rapid development of the jujube industry in the 14th Division.In recent years,with the increase of jujube production,it makes the jujube premium serious,single from the size and fruit weight of jujube can’t achieve high quality and good price.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of jujube quality from various aspects,screen out the key indexes for evaluating jujube quality,and select the high-quality production areas for jujube cultivation through the comprehensive evaluation of jujube quality to provide data support for adjusting the structure of forest fruit industry in 14th Division.Therefore,in this study,65 jujube samples from three farms(Farm A,Farm B,and Farm C)in the jurisdiction of Division 14 were used as test materials to determine the appearance quality,nutritional quality,and flavor quality indexes of jujube,and correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation among the indexes,and the quality indexes of jujube were screened by combining the principal component analysis method and the entropy weight TOPSIS method,and the 65 jujube samples were ranked by comprehensive scoring.samples were ranked,so as to evaluate the jujube cultivation sites with excellent jujube quality.The results were as follows:(1)Analysis of jujube appearance quality in different production areas of Division 14: The four jujube appearance quality indexes,namely,transverse diameter,longitudinal diameter,single fruit weight,and fruit shape index,showed that the transverse diameter 3.21 cm,longitudinal diameter 4.69 cm,and single fruit weight 17.13 g of C farm jujube were significantly higher than those of B farm and A farm jujube(P <0.05).The correlation analysis of the appearance quality indexes by correlation analysis showed that the horizontal diameter and vertical diameter of jujube were highly correlated with each other with a correlation coefficient of 0.794(P < 0.01).(2)Nutritional quality analysis of jujube from different production areas of Division 14: The total phenolic content of jujube samples from three different production areas of Division 14(Farm A,Farm B,and Farm C)was determined by UV spectrophotometer,and the total phenolic content of jujube samples from Farm B and Farm A was higher than that of Farm C.The content of c AMP was measured using high performance liquid chromatography.The determined red dates had their c AMP content in the range of 295.33-495.22 μg/g DW,where the highest c AMP content was in Farm A area.(3)Flavor quality analysis of jujube from different production areas of Division 14: The sugar and acid fractions of jujube samples from three different production areas of Division 14(Farm A,Farm B and Farm C)were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.The soluble sugar content of farm B was 103.56 mg/g,and the organic acid content of farm C was 3.65 mg/g.The acidity value of farm C was 893.35,which was significantly higher than that of farms B and A(P < 0.05),and the sweetness value and sugar-acid ratio of dates from farm A were the highest,with a sweetness value of 224.65 and a sugar-acid ratio of 27.13.The correlation analysis of the sugar content of the jujube samples showed that the correlation coefficient between fructose and glucose was high,and there was a high positive correlation.The correlation analysis of the acid component content showed a strong correlation between succinic acid and total acid,with a moderate positive correlation.(4)Comprehensive evaluation method of red dates quality in Division 14: The appearance quality,nutritional quality and flavor quality of red dates samples were comprehensively evaluated by principal component analysis.The key indicators for evaluating the quality of red dates were screened as sugar-acid ratio,soluble sugar,total phenol and total sugar.The overall score was calculated and ranked,and the first place was farm A with a score of 1.46.Three of the top five sampling sites were from farm A.From the overall ranking,farm A had a higher score than farm B and farm C.The quality of dates from farm A was better than farm B and farm C.The top 15 sampling sites were analyzed by entropy-weighted TOPSIS for comprehensive quality evaluation of the experimental data,and the sampling sites from farm A accounted for a higher percentage than those from farms B and C.Therefore,farm A was a superior jujube growing area,which was consistent with the results of principal component analysis.
