From The Perspective Of Marxist Agricultural Ecology Thought Research On The Realization Path Of Agricultural "Double Carbon" Goal

Agriculture plays a very important role in the process of realizing the goal of "double carbon".With General Secretary Xi Jinping proposing a "double carbon" target at the 75 th United Nations General Assembly in 2020,China’s agriculture development has a clearer goal and richer connotations.The "double carbon" target includes two parts: the carbon target and the carbon neutrality goal,which aims to peak carbon dioxide emissions by2030 and become carbon neutral by 2060.Realizing carbon neutrality is not only the development of a green economy,the actual needs of economic transformation,but also an important guarantee for people to live a good life.Among them,agriculture,as an important link to realize the goal of "double carbon",is both an important carbon source and an important carbon sink.Recently,the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations(FAO)published research showing that the world’s food system accounts for about a third of global greenhouse gas emissions and that the food production phase is the main source of greenhouse gas emissions from agriculture.At the same time,unlike other industries,agriculture development,in addition to the common "emission reduction" task,ecological "carbon sequestration" in agriculture can also provide an undeniable positive contribution to the development of the "double carbon" goal.Therefore,in order to achieve the goal of "double carbon",it is necessary to continue to dig deeper into the potential for energy conservation and emission reduction in agriculture,while also paying attention to maximizing the role of carbon sequestration and sequestration in agriculture.Through combing and dissecting marxist classic writer’s thought of agricultural ecology and the agro-ecological thoughts of successive leaders of the communist party of China,this paper draws the double core of "emission reduction" and "carbon sequestration" in socialist agriculture,as the theoretical basis and value orientation.Taking the "double carbon" target as an entry point,this paper aims to analyze the existing problems in China’s agriculture development in the context of efforts to achieve carbon neutrality at the peak,and to analyze their causes,starting with the four aspects of establishing a sound agricultural technology extension system,establishing a sound agricultural market mechanism,establishing a sound agricultural system and strengthening the public’s ecological concept,so as to accelerate the practical path to achieve sustainable development of agriculture and agricultural modernization,promote a green,low-carbon agricultural production,efficient,high-quality,energy-efficient and environmentally friendly agricultural modernization.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is an introduction,which explains the background,significance,current research situation at home and abroad,research ideas and research methods,innovations and shortcomings;The second part defines the connotation and theoretical basis,defines the basic connotation of "double carbon" target and agricultural "double carbon" target,elaborates the agricultural ecological thought of the marxist classic writer and the agricultural ecological thought of the communist party of China,and lays the theoretical foundation for this research.The third part is the current situation of the development of agriculture,combing the development course of agriculture in detail,objectively describing the current situation and problems of agriculture development.The fourth part analyzes the reasons for the problems of agriculture,from four aspects: inadequate scientific and technological support,imperfect market mechanism,inadequate institutional mechanism and weak public consciousness.The fifth part is the realization path of agriculture.According to the analysis of the causes of the existing problems,this paper puts forward four ways to achieve this from the following aspects: establishing and improving the popularization system of agriculture technology,establishing and improving the market mechanism of agriculture,establishing and improving the system of agriculture and strengthening the public ecological concept.
