In order to solve the utilization problem of steel slag,three kinds of green high temperature and anticorrosive coatings with environmental protection properties were studied.Preparation of high temperature anticorrosive coating,can protect the substrate in high temperature,corrosion environment for a long time.Using epoxy resin E-44 and epoxy resin E-51 as the base material,the high temperature anti-corrosion coating was prepared.The orthogonal test was used to analyze the data and obtain the optimal formula.The high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance and other basic properties of the coating were tested.The coatings prepared with the optimum formulation of epoxy resin E-44 as the base material have the highest resistance at 350 ℃,in which the thermogravimetric rate at 200 ℃ is 0.66%,and the reaction thermal decomposition activation energy is 351.59 k J/mol.The corrosion current density is 1.36E-7,and the crossing salt spray resistance time is 240 h.Other corrosion resistance properties of the coating meet the national standards.The coatings prepared with the optimum formulation of epoxy resin E-51 as the base material have the highest resistance at 400 ℃,in which the thermogravimetric rate at 200 ℃ is only 0.35%,and the reaction thermal decomposition activation energy is 372.80 k J/mol.The corrosion current density is 1.28E-8,and the fork salt spray resistance time is 960 h.The other corrosion resistance and basic properties of the coating meet the national standard GB/T9286-2021.In order to solve the instability of steel slag in coating,the modification of steel slag by silane coupling agent was studied.The optimal formula of modified steel slag was compared by single factor experiment.The settlement ratio of modified steel slag in solvent and water was 0.19 and 0.22,and the dispersion was good.The optimized formula was obtained by orthogonal test.The contact Angle test shows that the contact Angle of the modified steel slag can reach 80°~113°,which makes the surface state of the steel slag change from hydrophilic to oil-philic.Sem energy spectrum test showed that the silane coupling agent was successfully coated on the steel slag surface.The optimum formulation of modified steel slag E-51 high temperature anticorrosive coating has the highest resistance to 480 ℃,in which the thermal weight loss rate is only 0.13% at 200 ℃,and the activation energy of reaction thermal decomposition is 715.44 k J/mol.The corrosion current density is 1.12E-8,and the fork salt spray resistance time is 960 h.The other corrosion resistance and basic properties of the coating meet the national standard GB/T 9286-2021.Compared with the epoxy E-44 and E-51 as the base material,the epoxy E-51 modified steel slag high temperature anti-corrosion coating has better high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance,and the thermal weight loss rate decreases from 0.35%to 0.13% at 200 ℃.The activation energy increased from 372.80 k J/mol to 715.44 k J/mol.Corrosion current density decreased from 1.28E-8 to 1.12E-8,and other corrosion resistance properties meet the national standards.
