| Polyaniline hollow composite microspheres have the characteristics of low density,can provide a rich interface between the material and the air to promote the interface polarization,so they have good absorbing properties and are widely used in absorbing materials.Because of its large specific surface area and shorter transport path for ions and charges,it is also widely used as electrode material for supercapacitors.In view of the above analysis,this paper prepared the hollow polyaniline and hollow polyaniline composite microspheres,focusing on its absorbing properties and electrochemical properties.The morphology and structure of polyaniline hollow microspheres were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy.The results show that when the core is not pretreatment,there is only a small amount of polyaniline coating on the core surface.When the pretreatment time increases,the amount of polyaniline coating on the core increases.Overall,the change of pretreatment temperature has little effect on the regularity of polyaniline coated core.When the concentration of hydrochloric acid and aniline is low,polyaniline can be well coated on the core surface.As the concentration of hydrochloric acid and aniline increases,some polyaniline is dispersed between the cores.When the reaction temperature is low,the morphology of polyaniline coated on the core surface is relatively regular.As the temperature increases,the morphology of polyaniline on the core surface begins to become irregular.Overall,the increase of reaction time has little effect on the morphology of polyaniline,when the reaction temperature 0°C,reaction time 5 h,aniline and ammonium persulfate molar ratio of 1:1,the morphology is best.RGO/PANI/Si O2 were prepared by chemical reduction method.The morphology,structure and microwave absorbing properties were studied by scanning electron microscopy,Raman spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction and vector network analyzer.The results show that when the graphene content is 2 m L,there is a small amount of graphene on the surface of the composite.As the graphene content increases,the coating effect becomes better and better.When the content of graphene is 10 m L,the range of tanδe is the largest,between 0.63-0.84,and the dielectric loss capacity for electromagnetic wave energy is the strongest.The reflection loss of PANI/Si O2 is less than-10 d B.When the content of graphene increases from 6 m L to 10 m L,the strongest reflection loss value gradually decreases.When the content of graphene is 10 m L,the strongest reflection loss can reach-34.06 d B.Firstly,Co Fe2O4/Si O2 were prepared by hydrothermal method.Then PANI/Co Fe2O4/Si O2 were prepared by chemical oxidation method.Finally,RGO/PANI/Co Fe2O4/Si O2 were prepared by chemical reduction method.The morphology,structure and electrochemical properties were studied by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffractometer and electrochemical workstation.The results showed that the compactness of the ferrite coating on the surface of silica decreased with the increase of silica content.With the increase of polyaniline content,the charging and discharging time of the composite increased,and the specific capacitance of the composite increased.When An:(NH4)2S2O8=2:1,the composite material has the best capacitance performance and the smallest ion migration resistance.The shape of the cyclic voltammetry curve of the composite material does not change with the scanning rate,and the capacitance performance is relatively stable.The greater the amount of polyaniline,the greater the integrated area of cyclic voltammograms of composite materials,the greater the specific capacitance. |
