Abstract/Summary:
The sustainable development of society is inseparable from oxygen,which is applied far and wide to all kinds of areas.In the production of oxygen,there are problems of how to control production costs,improve oxygen production capacity,oxygen concentration and output ratio.Therefore,the research of oxygen production technology that meets high demand,high purity,environmental protection and low consumption production is of great importance.The main content of this paper is to propose a new type of oxygen production technology,which uses silver as the medium to separate and extract high purity oxygen in the air by the way of depressurization release.By referring to the literature on the existence of gas in silver at home and abroad,it is found that molten silver has the unique phenomenon of oxygen in air selective dissolves into silver with great solubility differences under different states and the maximum oxygen dissolution at the melting point of silver,so the verification of this phenomenon and the exploration of oxygen production from silver are carried out.Firstly,the dissolution gas of silver in two stages:adsorption and diffusion.This led to a microscopic examination,backed by density functional theory and atomic clusters model,the adsorption and dissociation behaviors of the main air components N2,O2 and CO2 on silver surfaces.It was concluded that the adsorption capacities of O2molecules and atoms on silver surfaces were the best,and the atom O had the strongest possibility to dissolve into silver.This explains why silver in air selectively dissolves oxygen from the level of molecular adsorption and dissociation atomic adsorption.Secondly,the molecular dynamics and Monte Carlo simulation were used to further study the adsorption behavior of O2 on silver surface,and it was found that O2produced multilayer adsorption on the silver surface,which clarified the phenomenon why the oxygen content in silver suddenly increased and reached the highest level at the melting point of silver in the silver-oxygen equilibrium phase diagram.The multilayer adsorption prepared for oxygen dissolution into silver with solubility differences under different states.Then,on the basis of the silver-oxygen equilibrium phase diagram and gas solubility formula,the relationship between the solubility of oxygen in molten silver and temperature,total system pressure and oxygen partial pressure was discussed.The mechanism of oxygen extraction by depressurizing release was analyzed.The oxygen production processes are obtained as follows:dissolved oxygen,migration and oxygen release.This led to the development of the model of oxygen production by utilizing the silver-oxygen equilibrium system,the model of oxygen atoms traversing the outer surface of liquid silver,and the model of a single oxygen bubble nucleus and growing up on the sidewall of the oxygen chamber,which were analyzed to identify regions with the oxygen generation capabilities.Finally,according to the theory of extracting oxygen form silver,the apparatus of extracting oxygen form silver was researched and designed.The main parts of the device,such as double chamber furnace,heating mode,vacuum suction system,stirring device and circulating water cooling system,were analyzed.The three-dimensional model of the oxygen production machine was made.Since the solid-liquid phase conversion of is required for oxygen generation,electromagnetic induction heating technology is adopted to simulate and analyze the electromagnetic induction heating of silver,realize the two-way coupling of electromagnetic and thermal,and draw the distribution pattern of electromagnetic and temperature fields,which provides process parameter and technical reference for heating and melting in the actual manufacturing technique of extracting oxygen form silver.By studying the mechanism of silver dissolved oxygen and the preliminary design of oxygen generation machine,it provides a theoretical basis for the new oxygen production technology and the subsequent production of silver oxygen generation equipment.
