At present,the connection mode of polystyrene particle composite wallboard adopts "Ishaped" reinforcement connection or "seven shaped" reinforcement connection.Its essence is to connect the two through the bonding force between reinforcement and EPS concrete.The existing construction Atlas of light internal partition wall does not make a systematic study on the anchorage length of reinforcement.It only realizes the connection between wallboards by simply driving reinforcement into wallboards.This method is essentially lack of basis and scientificity.In this paper,a series of basic research work is carried out:the bond mechanism between reinforcement and EPS concrete,the bond slip constitutive model,and the relationship between reinforcement anchorage length and ultimate bond stress are studied,which provides a reference basis for the connection design of EPS concrete wallboard,and has academic and engineering value.Based on the research on the performance of EPS and fiber reinforced concrete,this paper puts forward three kinds of anchorage methods of EPS and fiber reinforced concrete under the working condition of fiber reinforced concrete Quantitative bond slip constitutive model of EPS fiber reinforced concrete and reinforcement,so as to design a more safe and reliable connection and anchorage mode between wallboard and reinforcement,and form a scientific and general connection standard between EPS fiber reinforced concrete wallboard and reinforcement based on the above.The research objectives are as follows:1.The mechanical properties of EPS concrete mixed with three kinds of polypropylene fiber,carbon fiber and glass fiber.2.Through the central pull-out test,the ultimate bond strength,specimen failure mode,bond slip constitutive curve,and the influence of different parameters on bond performance are explored.3.According to the test results,the law of bond slip curve between reinforcement and EPS fiber reinforced concrete with different fiber content is explored,and the fitting formula of shape parameters of each bond slip curve is obtained,so as to obtain the bond slip constitutive relationship between reinforcement and fiber reinforced EPS fiber reinforced concrete.4.According to the anchorage length formula and considering the mechanical properties and bonding properties of three kinds of EPS fiber concrete,the basic anchorage length of reinforcement in EPS carbon fiber,polypropylene fiber and glass fiber concrete is calculated,which can be used as a reference for the design of anchorage length of reinforcement and EPS fiber concrete in practical engineering.
