In the past few decades,as an ingenious and effective method, the functionalization of C-H bond has been widely used in the construction of various organic fragments. The selective functionalization of inert chemical bonds is one of the main challenges in modern organic chemistry. The activation of specific C(sp~3)-H key points has become a research focus in various catalytic reaction fields in recent years. The 1,5-hydrogen migration process can provide specific selectivity for C-H functionalization, which has become an important strategy for the selective activation of C(sp~3)-H keypoints in organic synthesis. As an effective method to synthesize and modify organic molecules, organic electrochemical synthesis has been used in many fields.Compared with ordinary organic chemical synthesis, electrochemical methods with less pollution, and high atomic economic efficiency can avoid the use of transition metals or the use of dangerous oxidants and reducing agents, which meet the standard of"green chemistry".In this paper,we initially sumarize the development of functionalization and cyclization of non-activated C-H bond. Then,we put forward scientific problems on the two aspects of reaction research, analyze and solve the problems. This paper mainly studies on the following two parts:(1)In this paper,a new appraoch for the C-H functionalization of electrocatalytic aromatic compounds by the 1,5-hydrogen migration was developed, which realized the functionalization of the remote C(sp~3)-H bond. This appraoch is simple to operate, and has high yield and wide applicability of substrates.(2)By electrocatalyzing the synthesis of heterocyclic compounds from iodine-containing aromatic olefin and cyanobenzene, the reaction is carried out under mild conditions without external oxidant and transition metal catalyst, which provides a new route for the synthesis of heterocyclic compounds.
