Nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds are an important class of organic compounds that play a crucial role in the development and innovation of herbicides.Many nitrogen-containing compounds are widely distributed in nature.In order to investigate and develop nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds with excellent herbicidal and biological activities,a series of novel pyrimidinetriazolepyrimidine derivatives were designed and synthesized in this paper.All the newly synthesized compounds were characterized and screened for their biological activities.The research of this paper can be divided into three parts as follows.1.90 unreported pyrimidinetriazolopyrimidine derivatives were designed and synthesized.The structures of the target compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR,13C NMR,19F NMR,FTIR,and HRMS.2.All the newly synthesized compounds were screened for their herbicidal activity against dicotyledonous and monocotyledonous plants.The structure-activity relationship was discussed.Some compounds were selected for pre-emergence and post-emergence herbicidal activity,insecticidal activity,and fungicidal activity.3.The inhibitory effects of all the title compounds on acetolactate synthase(ALS)were assessed.The structure-activity relationship was discussed.
