Internal Control Optimization Of Monetary Capital Of T Nonferrous Metal Company

Under the current economic situation,many risks such as operational risk and control risk are gradually increasing,the types of risks are diverse and complex,and enterprises’ awareness of risk management is also constantly improving.In recent years,internal control has always been a concern at home and abroad,and the company’s internal control system plays an important role in the company’s survival and development.Due to the occurrence of "Sanlu Enterprise","Xinhua Pharmaceutical","Zhongyuan Union" and other major internal control accidents,the internal control problems of enterprises have attracted more and more attention from the society.As the most active and controlling asset of the company,monetary capital is the key to the survival and development of the company.If the internal control of monetary funds can operate effectively,it can effectively strengthen the internal control of funds,ensure the safety of funds,improve the efficiency of the use of funds,and ultimately improve the operation level of the company.This paper takes T non-ferrous metal company as the research object,through comprehensive analysis,on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire survey and case study,to study the company’s internal control of monetary funds.Firstly,the related concepts and theoretical basis of the internal control of monetary funds are sorted out;secondly,the current situation of the internal control of monetary funds of T company is analyzed;In the above,the problems and causes of the internal control of the monetary funds of the T company are analyzed;finally,the optimization plan of the internal control of the monetary funds of the T company is put forward in a targeted manner.The research value of this paper is mainly based on referring to a large number of literatures,conducting on-site investigation and research,and using the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to improve the internal control system of monetary funds of T company in the non-ferrous metal industry.In addition to the internal control system of funds,it also provides a certain reference and reference for other non-ferrous metal companies in the same industry.
