The grinding roll is an extremely important part of the coal mill.After the raw coal is mixed with some municipal sludge,the operation process will not only cause friction and wear,but also cause some local corrosion to the grinding roll.In this paper,the high entropy alloy surfacing layer is formed to improve the performance of the grinding roll repair layer.In addition,in order to better grasp the welding depth in the welding process,this paper simply realizes the welding real-time high-precision ranging work.The metal powder for high entropy alloy surfacing was prepared.The surfacing experiment was carried out with the formula of Fe,Mo,Cr,Ni and Cu with equal molar ratio,and the forming effect of high entropy alloy surfacing layer was greatly improved by adding some Si powder.The phase analysis,morphology observation and composition analysis experiments were carried out.It was found that there are mainly two phases in the high entropy alloy surfacing layer,which are the alloy phase of Fe,Mo,Cr and Ni and the single phase of Cu.The high entropy alloy has no obvious cracks and pores during surfacing and has good metallurgical bonding.The composition analysis of high entropy alloy surfacing layer found that the ratio of Fe,Mo,Cr and Ni in most areas was not much different,about 3:3:1:1,but there was serious segregation of Cu in some areas.The corrosion resistance of the prepared high-entropy alloy surfacing layer is greatly improved,and the corrosion potential is improved by about 0.2V.The corrosion resistance is improved by about 7.37 times compared with the high-chromium cast iron surfacing layer and about 14 times compared with the Q235 matrix.According to the friction coefficient curve analysis,the abrasive wear test shows that the wear resistance of high entropy alloy surfacing layer is slightly higher than that of high chromium cast iron surfacing layer.In addition,through the use of infrared ranging sensor with STM32 microcontroller and measurement distance data optimization,through about 20 times of data optimization algorithm iteration,the ranging accuracy can be improved from the original ±0.5cm to ±0.01 cm,basically can realize the high precision real-time measurement of groove surfacing depth.
