| In recent years,inspired by the development of bionics,microstructured surfaces have been applied to various mechanical friction pairs for their excellent friction reduction performance.Although there are a variety of manufacturing methods for structured surfaces,such as rolling,laser processing,milling,cutting etc.,some methods have certain limitations in the face of difficult material and mass production workpiece,or high cost or low processing efficiency.Therefore,the sinusoidal lapping technique for texture surface is studied by ordered abrasive whetstonein this paper.In order to lapping the micro-structured texture surface on the cylindrical surface of the workpiece,based on the sine lapping kinematics,the abrasive ordered whetstone was designed based on the theory of array,staggered and phyllotactic pattern of three abrasive distribution modes.The mathematical model of the whetstone and the workpiece was established to study the formation mechanism of the micro-structured texture surface,and the equation of the abrasive motion track was established.The conditions for realizing the regular microstructure texture surface were analyzed,and the factors affecting the microstructure topography characteristics of the workpiece after lapping were explored,and the related problems in the lapping process were explored.The lapping process of the whetstone was simulated by computer,and the workpiece surface topography image was obtained.The influences of the rotational speed ratio,the abrasive distribution mode and other factors on the microstructure surface topography were analyzed.The abrasive ordered whetstone with array,staggered and phyllotactic pattern by mask bonding method.The technical process of the mask bonding method is discussed,and the related problems encountered in the production of whetstone are analyzed and studied.According to the above work,the conclusion is that the workpiece surface after lapping with three kinds of ordered whetstone,with the increase of abrasive distance,the larger the bearing area curve of the workpiece surface,the number of microstructure plateau after lapping in unit area gradually decreases,and the area of a single plateau increases;With the increase of the rotational speed ratio between the whetstone and the workpiece,the abrasive tracked wavelength decreases,the cross tracked density increases,and the single plateau area increases.With the gradual increase of whetstone amplitude,the workpiece surface bearing area curve decreases gradually,and the workpiece surface removal rate increases.In the phyllotactic pattern,when the ratio of the phyllotactic coefficient of the abrasive grain arrangement to the oscillation amplitude of the ordered whetstone meets the golden section ratio,the abrasive movement track and the single plateau area formed on the surface of the workpiece material after lapping are the most regular. |
