In the context of prominent global climate problems, national dual-carbon and rural revitalization goals, combined with the deficiencies existing on rural residence construction in recent years, the questionnaire survey, qualitative and quantitative analysis, computer simulation and mathematical analysis are used to research of current, renovation and new rural residence of Qujing. The main results are as follows :Optimized most of the 12 sensitivity factors in carbon emissions, which are aspects of renewable energy replacement, fossil energy consumption, household appliances energy consumption and heating energy consumption. After the transformation soil-wood,brick-wood,and brick-concrete residences all meet the requirements, carbon emissions per unit area were reduced by 64.53%,62.31%,26.11%.The research on carbon emission coefficient of building materials and thermal performance of structures determines the priority of new rural residence in reducing carbon emissions:foundation material is rubble,lime-sand-clay mixture, steel anchor static pressures pile, rubble concrete, concrete, brick, and reinforced concrete. The column material is bamboo, wood, steel, brick, and reinforced concrete. The material of the wall is soil, wood, bamboo, block, brick, and reinforced concrete. The ground and roof material is bamboo, wood, soil, and concrete.Thermal insulation material is hay, rock wool, and polyurethane foam plastics. The height of new rural residential buildings, artificial lighting power, and energy consumption of mechanical ventilation are positively correlated with carbon emission.Natural room temperature in winter, the depth of sunlight room, the window-wall area ratio are,and courtyard greening area negatively correlated with carbon emissions.Solar water heaters and photovoltaic panels per unit area can reduce carbon emissions by 0.1146 tons and 0.1965 tons, respectively. The data onto carbon emissions and carbon sinks obtained from the thesis can provide a basis for the estimation and statistics of the carbon emissions of rural residences. The summarized carbon emission sensitivity factors and strategies can guide rural residences renovation and new construction, and the five low-carbon residential reference schemes of single, couple, core, backbone, and joint family can be used by villagers.
