Nitrogen dioxide(NO2)is a common atmospheric pollutant that can stimulate respiratory organs,affect and endanger human health.The printed NO2 gas sensor is a flexible and low-cost sensor used to more easily detect NO2 gas.In the sensor,solid polymer electrolyte(SPE)is used as a sensitive material for gas detection.In order to improve the gas sensitivity of the printed NO2 gas sensor,this paper studies the solid electrolyte in the printed NO2 gas sensor and fi nds suitable gas-sensitive materials to improve the performance of the gas sensor.The main work completed in this paper are:(1)First,polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)、N-methylpyrrolidone(NMP)and ionic liquid(IL)are mixed in proportion to prepare a solid electrolyte doped with only ionic liquid(PVDF/IL);then based on this carbon nanotubes(CNTs)were added to prepare a solid electrolyte doped with ionic liquid/carbon nanotubes(PVDF/IL/CNTs).Printed NO2 gas sensors were prepared using the obtained solid electrolytes,respectively.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)、Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)、X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and cyclic voltammetry(CV)were used to characterize the prepared solid electrolyte,and the sensitivity of the NO2 gas sensor was tested.The test results show that the gas sensitivity of the solid electrolyte doped with CNTs is higher than that of the solid electrolyte without undoped CNTs.When the mass ratio of PVDF、NMP、IL and CNTs of the solid electrolyte film is 1:4:1:0.08 and the film thickness is 1.25 mm,the sensor shows high sensitivity,the sensitivity is 0.00275V/ppm.(2)Prepare polyaniline(PANI)and use it to prepare ionic liquid/carbon nanotube/polyaniline(PVDF/IL/CNTs/PANI)solid electrolyte,and then prepare printed NO2 gas sensor.The obtained solid electrolyte was characterized by SEM、FTIR、XPS、thermogravimetric analysis(TG)、differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)、CV and Tafel curve(Tafel),and the sensitivity of the NO2 gas sensor was tested.(3)Analyze and compare sensitivity of the NO2 gas sensors based on IL/CNTs and IL/CNTs/PANI solid electrolytes.The results show that the gas sensitivity of the doped IL/CNTs/PANI solid electrolyte is higher than that of the IL/CNTs solid electrolyte.By discussing the effects of heat treatment temperature、ionic liquid content、doping ratio of carbon nanotubes and polyaniline on the structure and gas sensitivity of the solid electrolyte film,it is concluded that when the heat treatment temperature is 80℃,the ionic liquid doping is 1g,the mass ratio of CNTs and PANI is 1:2,the response of the sensor is the largest,and its sensitivity is 0.00936V/ppm.
