At present,most of the domestic oil fields are in the middle and later stage of exploration and development,and there are fewer and fewer oilfields easy to be discovered.Complex fault block reservoir is one of the key points of petroleum exploration,but the analysis and interpretation of complex fault block is very difficult.As a very important link in the process of petroleum exploration,seismic fault detection is a key step in geological structure interpretation,reservoir characterization and well location selection.There are many kinds of general seismic fault detection methods,but the detection results are mixed,and there are some problems,such as time-consuming,complex flow,empirical error and so on.In practical work,seismic fault detection still mainly depends on the experience of professional geological interpreters.Therefore,how to automatically detect faults according to seismic fault data has become a problem in the process of petroleum exploration.In view of the defects of current seismic fault detection methods,this paper fully absorbs the achievements and experience in the field of seismic fault detection at home and abroad.By analyzing the characteristics of seismic fault data and combining with modern intelligent algorithm,the intelligent detection of seismic fault is studied.First of all,inspired by the swarm intelligence optimization algorithm,an improved MAXMIN ant system(VC-MMAS)based on vision correction is proposed,and the VC-MMAS algorithm is successfully applied to fault detection.On the basis of MMAS,the algorithm initializes pheromones according to heuristic information,introduces "astronomical ants" to check and optimize local paths,and forces ant colonies to explore new solutions regularly.VCMMAS effectively prevents the ant colony from falling into the local optimization and enhances the ability of the ant colony to explore new solutions.Then,in order to further improve the effect of seismic fault detection,a fault detection method based on improved ant colony algorithm is proposed in this paper.On the basis of VCMMAS algorithm,this method is improved according to the actual situation of seismic fault detection.This method uses pseudo-randomization of the initial position of ants and crosstracking of local fault lines to track fault lines.The proposed method smooths the fault line by mathematical morphology,and the fault attribute enhancement based on pheromone is obtained.Finally,an intelligent fault detection system based on improved ant colony algorithm is designed and implemented.According to the fault characteristics of a block in Shengli Oilfield,the algorithm parameters are adjusted and applied to the study of seismic fault detection in this block,and the detection results meet the expectations of geological interpreters.
