In order to overcome the disadvantages of high cleaning temperature of water-based cleaning agent, the danger of using organic cleaning solvents and the poor stability of common semi water-based cleaning agent,a uniform and stable microemulsion cleaning agent was developed.Because of its super solubilizing ability and ultra-low interfacial tension, microemulsion has wide application prospects in oil extraction and surface cleaning. In this paper, the phase behavior of SDBS/kerosene/water/n-butanol microemulsion system was studied through salinity scanning, alcohol scanning and oil-water ratio scanning experiments.A suitable microemulsion cleaning agent for cleaning metal surface oil was selected. In the salinity scanning process of(AES,SAS-60,SDBS)/kerosene/water/n-butanol microemulsion system, the phase transformation of Winsor I→Winsor III→Winsor II occurred with the increase of salt content; At the same surfactant concentration, the order of phase transition salinity(S1,S2 andΔS)is AES>SAS-60>SDBS;The optimum solubilization parameters of the microemulsion systems are SAS-60<AES<SDBS;Increasing the concentration of surfactant can improve the solubilization ability of the system. In the process of alcohol scanning, the phase transformation of Winsor I→Winsor III→Winsor II occurred with the increase of alcohol content. The type of alcohol, the type of oil and the concentration of surfactants have influence on the alcoholicity of phase conversion and solubilization. With the increase of the number of carbon atoms in alcohol, the alcoholicity of phase conversion decreased and the solubilization of the microemulsion increased significantly. For isoalcohols, the order of A1,A2 andΔA is n-butanol<isobutyl alcohol<sec butanol<tertiary butanol. At the same surfactant concentration, the solubilization of diesel oil system is less than that of kerosene system, but the alcoholicity of phase conversion is increased. With the increase of surfactant concentration,A1,A2 andΔA of kerosene system decrease gradually, while A1 of diesel system decreases gradually,A2has little difference, andΔA increases slightly. In the oil-water ratio scanning experiment, the content of n-butanol and salt, the concentration of surfactant, the type of oil phase and the temperature of the system all have effects on the phase transition. In the system with low alcohol(salt),the phase behavior of the system is Winsor II→Winsor IV→Winsor I or Winsor IV→Winsor I with increasing kerosene content; In the higher alcohol(salt)system, the phase of the system is Winsor II→Winsor III→Winsor I;With the increase of alcohol(salt)dosage or surfactant concentration, the O/W ratio of phase transition increases;Temperature promotes the phase transformation of SDBS microemulsion oil-water ratio scanning process. The influence of kerosene,SDBS,n-butanol and Na2CO3 on the cleaning efficiency of microemulsions was investigated. The temperature stability range and cleaning efficiency with different temperature and time of different formulations were investigated. Finally, the basic microemulsion formulations were selected, the contents of SDBS,Na2CO3,kerosene and n-butanol were 8%,1.4%,12.8%and 6.4%respectively;Through corrosion experiments on carbon steel, brass and aluminum,0.06%sodium silicate and 0.08%BTA were used as microemulsion corrosion inhibitors; The cleaning agent has good cleaning, antirust effect and certain reusability. It is a low foam alkaline cleaning agent.
