At present,domestic oilfields have generally entered an important period of water control and oil stabilizing,during which the flow field adjustment is the top priority.Streamline reveals the connectivity of injection-production units in the process of reservoir development,and the development characteristics of the reservoir can be obtained according to the relevant streamline data from streamline numerical simulation.However,due to the complexity and diversity of streamline data,the results of streamline numerical simulation are difficult to be effectively used.Therefore,how to establish the flow field description and characterization system,and form a method of flow field evaluation and regulation based on the results of streamline numerical simulation is an urgent problem to be solved at present.In this paper,the principal component analysis method is employed to extract the main features of streamlines.Then,the streamlines are clustered according to the main characteristics,so as to realize the selection of the main streamlines and the simplification of flow field.Besides,for the problem of the flow field representation,logical analysis method and analytic hierarchy model were used to analyze the indicators affecting the cumulative strength of the flow field calculated according to the results of streamline numerical simulation.The calculation method of instantaneous streamline density was proposed,and the streamline density was taken as the representation of the displacement capacity of the flow field,and then combined with the cumulative strength of the flow field,the characterization and regulation method of the flow field was established.On this basis,the theory of disequilibrium operation of flow field is proposed based on the displacement boundary,and the real-time control of flow field is realized by combing with optimization algorithm.It is concluded that the method of combining principal component analysis and clustering can realize the description and simplification of the flow field without losing the main characteristics of the streamlines.And the comprehensive characterization method of the cumulative strength of the flow field and instantaneous streamline density can better reflect the characteristics of flow field.Through the reservoir verification,the flow field optimization method based on the theory of disequilibrium operation and optimization algorithm basically achieves the main goal of water control and oil stabilizing. |
