| Yanchang Oilfield is a typical low-permeability reservoir.Suspended solids content and suspended solids particle diameter are two important indicators of water injection quality in low-permeability oilfields."Good water injection" is particularly important for low-permeability oilfield development.After the reinjection water is treated as the water injection source,the treatment process should be screened according to various factors such as the injection stratum permeability,geographical environment and production characteristics to realize the practicability of sewage treatment water quality technology and maximize the benefits.In order to meet the requirements of low-permeability reservoirs for the injected water environment,this paper studies the advanced treatment methods of oily wastewater.First,analyze the factors affecting the water injection environment of low-permeability reservoirs and the influence of physical property changes on the subsequent water-flooding development of low-permeability reservoirs.Combined with the current status of sewage treatment and water injection quality in the oilfield,the harm of non-marked water quality control indicators such as suspended solids,oil content,bacteria and dissolved oxygen to low permeability reservoirs is theoretically analyzed.The reason for the increase in injection pressure in the environment of high-pressure water injection wells in low-permeability reservoirs was discovered.It provides basic information for accurately judging the damage degree of low-permeability reservoirs,implementing correct environmental remediation measures,and improving water injection technology,water treatment equipment and acidification technology to reduce injection pressure.Secondly,it simulates the characteristics of oily sewage produced in low-permeability oilfields,and conducts deep separation experiments using indoor sewage samples and fine oilfield oily sewage fine filters.The performance of the membrane module in the fine filter is very important,it will slow down the flow rate of the medium and increase the energy loss.Based on the interception rate and permeation flux,this paper conducts an experiment on the influence of oil and suspended solids concentration,determines the optimal pressure difference and inlet flow rate of the filter,and effectively solves the problem of energy loss.Application of ultraviolet sterilization device to remove bacteria,include SRB TGB and FB.Finally,the experimental research results of the indoor oily sewage fine filter to treat oilfield sewage are applied to the production site.In view of the specific situation that the suspended solids and oil content in the sewage treatment system of the low permeability oil reservoir are not up to the standard,the implementation of the PTFE charged membrane module and the filter device and the membrane regeneration are studied.The content of suspended solids in the treated water is less than or equal to 1mg / L,and the median particle size of suspended solids is less than 1 μm.The oil content is less than or equal to 1mg / L,which meets the requirements of injection water. |
