| Chengdao oil field is located at the junction of Yellow River Estuary and beach.The marine dynamic,shallow engineering geology and submarine dynamic geomorphic conditions are very complex,resulting in a large area of regional scouring in the sea area.Among them,the CB12B-CB12 A oil pipeline has been put into operation for many years,and its service life has reached the design life.Moreover,the pipeline has not been inspected in the pigging operation,and there is no intuitive understanding and objective evaluation of corrosion conditions and remaining service life of pipelines.Therefore,how to effectively control the safety risk of submarine pipelines in complex disaster environment has become one of the major safety problems faced by offshore oil and gas development.This paper will evaluate the safety of cb12b-cb12 a pipeline in Chengdao oilfield,judge whether the submarine pipeline meets the requirements of safe use,pay attention to the existing problems,provide corresponding technical measures and integrity management strategies,and reduce the risk of pipeline in the process of using beyond the design life.The main contents include: Based on the collection and collation of the basic data of the pipeline,the risk identification of the submarine pipeline is carried out,the water hammer pressure of the pipeline is calculated according to the "offshore oil engineering design guide",the corrosion rate is evaluated according to the model,the structural strength assessment of local defects is carried out according to the DNV-RP-F101 standard,and the submarine pipeline is carried out in combination with the beach and shallow sea geological environment Based on DNV-OS-F101 standard,the safety assessment was carried out to determine the residual strength,failure risk and remaining life of the pipeline,and the existing problems and reasonable suggestions were put forward,which provided technical and management basis for the safe use of CB12B-CB12 A pipeline in the next step. |
