Titanium and zinc sheets(also known as zinc-copper-titanium alloys)are often used as building decoration materials due to their higher strength and hardness, better corrosion resistance, better creep resistance and weathering resistance than pure zinc.Current research on Zn-Cu-Ti alloys at home and abroad is mainly focused on mechanical properties, alloy composition, mechanical properties, creep mechanisms, recrystallisation behaviour and corrosion mechanisms, but there is a lack of research on the surface treatment process of Zn-Cu-Ti alloys.Since Zn-Cu-Ti alloys are mainly used as decorative materials, the colour of the surface and the corrosion resistance of the alloy have very strict requirements. In this study, the surface treatment of Zn-Cu-Ti alloy is carried out by anodic oxidation process. The surface morphology and thickness of the film are analysed by studying different process parameters to determine the best preparation process, and the oxide film is further treated by means of sealing. The following conclusions can be drawn from the above steps:1.The surface morphology, thickness, corrosion resistance and optimum process parameters of the samples after anodic oxidation were investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy, electrochemical tests, orthogonal experimental design and salt spray tests. When the current density is 10A/dm2,the concentration of sodium hydroxide is 9g/L,the concentration of sodium carbonate is 12g/L,the oxidation temperature is about 30°C and the oxidation time is 30 min,the flatness and thickness of the oxide film is the best and the performance is the best;according to the electrochemical experimental tests and salt spray test tests,by calculating the influencing factors and the polar values of the orthogonal experiments it can be obtained that the current density has the The best preparation process is 10A/dm2 current density,9g/L sodium hydroxide,12g/L sodium carbonate,30 min oxidation time and 30°C oxidation temperature;XRD tests were carried out on the generated oxide film, and the results showed that: the anodic oxide film of zinc-copper-titanium alloy is mainly composed of zinc oxide;XRD tests were carried out on the samples after corrosion that the corrosion products consisted mainly of alkaline zinc chloride, with a small amount of alkaline zinc carbonate, and that the two corrosion products had a retarding effect on further corrosion of the alloy.2.By using surface sealing means, the alloy after anodizing was further treated using sodium silicate and the samples before and after sealing were tested for polarization curves and AC impedance, the results show that the corrosion resistance of the alloy can be effectively enhanced using silicate sealing.
