Coal is an important fossil energy source,which accounts for a large proportion of energy consumption.China is a large coal-producing country with abundant coal resources.It is a long-term task to realize the safe and efficient mining of coal.The rational decision of coal mining method and the selection of comprehensive mechanized equipment are the key technologies to realize coal safety and efficient mining.Based on this background,this paper aims at describing the relationship between the influencing factors and coal mining methods based on the grey correlation for the complex and diverse factors affecting the coal mining methods in the decision of coal mining methods.And genetic algorithm research,the core of the research is to transform qualitative problems into quantitative problems,to achieve scientific and efficient coal mining method decision.In terms of decision-making for supporting equipment selection of heald equipment,this paper adopts the phenomenon that there are many supporting schemes applicable to the same fully mechanized mining face,and the economic and practicality of supporting equipment selection for heald equipment can only be judged based on experience Based on the particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize the comprehensive equipment equipment supporting program,improve the efficiency,rationality,reliability and economy of the comprehensive equipment equipment selection.The specific research contents of this article are as follows:(1)Based on the coal mining method decision model,based on the coal mining method decision theory of the working face,combined with the actual years of engineering experience of Yanzhou Group’s mines,and based on genetic algorithm and gray correlation theory,the relationship between engineering practice and theoretical principles has been established.Combined with intelligent decision model of coal mining method in working face.The model considers the efficient,intelligent and precise coal mining method decision-making system of various coal seam geological conditions,and provides the prerequisites for the subsequent research of supporting equipment for the face comprehensive machinery.(2)For the mining method that is widely used in modern coal mining-comprehensive mechanized coal mining,a type selection analysis of the comprehensive machine equipment was carried out.The shearer,hydraulic support,scraper conveyor,belt conveyor,and crusher were separately analyzed.Transfer machine,pump station equipment classification,type selection calculation and equipment type selection principle,combined with production capacity,geometric relationship and other supporting principles for analysis and summary,established a comprehensive model of comprehensive equipment selection model,the model The establishment laid the foundation for the follow-up comprehensive equipment equipment optimization and optimization.(3)Due to the defects in the supporting plan of the comprehensive machinery equipment in the mining area,resulting in problems such as low mining efficiency,high equipment cost and short life of equipment,the comprehensive plan of the comprehensive machinery equipment was optimized,and a comprehensive The optimization model of machine equipment matching,and taking the hedging equipment equipment matching criterion as a constraint,has realized the practicality and economy of the heald equipment matching scheme.(4)On the basis of the above research work,data exchange is formed between coal mining method decision of working face,type selection of heald equipment and optimization of supporting scheme of heald equipment,using SQL Server 2012 database and Matlab developed an intelligent decision-making and optimization system for the coal mining method in the working face and the selection of supporting equipment for the comprehensive machine.The research in this paper shows that:the coal mining method of the working face and the selection and optimization system of the supporting equipment of the heald machine support the functions of coal mining method decision,selection of the beald machine equipment,optimization of the supporting equipment of the heald machine,query of working face information and parameters of the heald machine equipment,etc.,Can be practiced in the practical application of Yankuang Group engineering. |
