| A large amount of ethanol waste liquid will be produced during the production of heparin products.The ethanol in the waste liquid can be effectively recovered by rectification.This article through to some heparin enterprise atmospheric distillation recycling equipment and super gravity distillation recycling system as the research object,by adopting the combination of chemical process simulation and the scene debugging methods,optimize the operation parameters of two sets of equipment,and the two sets of device when the optimal parameters of the stable operation of the quality of the ethanol and running cost were analyzed.Firstly,HPLC,GC,potentiometric titration and other analytical methods were used to analyze the components of the two kinds of waste liquid.It was determined that the ethanol content of the waste liquid was about 50% and contained a variety of impurities(water,mucopolysaccharide,sodium chloride,benzyl alcohol,benzyl chloride,N,N-dimethylformamide,acetaldehyde,etc.).The content of ethanol in the waste heparin solution is about 70%,and the content of impurities is less,mainly water,mucopolysaccharide,sodium chloride,acetaldehyde and so on.Then,the process of atmospheric distillation column recovery device was simulated by using Aspen Plus software,and some operating parameters in the device were optimized,and the optimal parameters were determined: the evaporation temperature of the crude evaporation kettle was controlled at about 100℃;The feed plate layer of the de-weighting tower is the 8th to 12 th layer,and the reflux ratio at the top of the tower is 2.2.The reflux ratio of the delightening column was controlled about 2.6 for Enox waste liquid recovery and4.0 for heparin waste liquid recovery.The ethanol produced from the bottom of the delightening tower was used to preheat the waste liquid of the feed ethanol in the crude steam kettle,and the waste heat could be recovered.With the best parameters guiding the operation of the device,the concentration of recovered ethanol can be guaranteed to be above 92%,the yield of ethanol can be above 95%,and the steam consumption can be reduced by about 16%compared with that before optimization.Finally,through the single factor debugging and optimization of the ethanol recovery unit for high gravity distillation,the optimal parameters were determined: the motor speed of the high gravity distillation unit was 1000r/min,the feed liquid flow rate was 700-800 kg /h,and the reflux ratio at the top of the tower was 2.4-2.6.Under this parameter,the theoretical tray number of the device is about 13~15,and the separation effect is good.Through the comparative analysis of the production and operation costs,it is determined that the high gravity distillation recovery unit has certain advantages in the operation cost.By comparing the quality of recovered ethanol,it is confirmed that the recovered ethanol of two sets of devices meet the standards and can be safely applied to production,among which the high gravity distillation recovery device has better separation capacity. |
