With the rapid development of Internet technology and database technology,many large enterprises have had demands for more and more systematic and large-scale data.However,oil and gas automation information systems in oil production plants of many oilfield companies are constructed in different periods based on different requirements,thus lacking unified planning and construction standards.Besides,the hardware selection,software technology route,data,and information exchange are basically designed and used for each separate system.Therefore,the above problems have resulted in great difficulties for building a unified automatic production management platform and brought much trouble to production units.Given the above problems,taking the system integration problem in the dispersed heterogeneous databases of the oilfield system in Petro China Huabei Oilfield Company as the research background,the paper analyzes and studies the solution of multisource system integration based on the construction of the smart oil plant digital monitoring system.The smart oil plant digital monitoring system mainly includes six functional modules: the large screen on the home page displaying core key indicators,oil well daily report,production alarm,historical data curve,well monitoring,and heterogeneous data exchange.Among them,as the basic and key module,heterogeneous system integration can realize the integration of different database data in Petro China Huabei Oilfield through the establishment of basic components,the global mapping of components,and heterogeneous data exchange.The Petro China Huabei Oilfield digital monitoring system adopts WebService in the data access interface and uses the service-oriented SOA architecture based on XML in the data transmission.The system has passed the function and performance testing and reached the release standards,thereby providing support for smart oilfield management.After being put into use,the system has improved the smart oilfield management level,solved the problems in heterogeneous system integration,and centralized,normalized,and processed the data resources,thus improving the utilization rate of data and reducing the company’s cost in heterogeneous data management.
