| Diesel hydrogenation technology is the most effective and economical process for diesel desulfurization.It is the core technology of oil quality upgrading in Chinese petrochemical industry.However,there are still some problems,such as the failure to adjust operating parameters in time when the ratio of raw oil changes,resulting in unqualified product oil indexes.Therefore,in combination with diesel hydrogenation process and temperature control theory,a temperature control model was established.This article did research on intelligent control algorithm of diesel hydrogenation temperature system to improve the intelligent level of temperature control.The main research contents of this paper include prediction of optimal reaction temperature,temperature control model research and intelligent control algorithm research.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)The process flow and reaction temperature characteristics of diesel hydrogenation reaction were studied.We analyzed the main factors affecting the outlet temperature of the heating furnace and the temperature control characteristics in the actual operation.The control requirement of furnace outlet temperature was put forward.(2)Aiming at solving the problem that the optimal temperature cannot be reached in time when adjusting the ratio of raw oil at the inlet of diesel hydrogenation reaction.The main influencing factors of reaction temperature during diesel hydrogenation were analyzed in depth.Establish the support vector regression machine(SVR)prediction model of furnace outlet temperature.The predicted results are basically consistent with the actual production data,which realizes the on-line measurement of the reaction temperature with high efficiency.It makes up for the lag caused by manual adjustment,avoids the waste of oil caused by adjustment process,improves production efficiency,determines the optimal reaction temperature,and provides basis for subsequent temperature control.(3)After obtaining the optimal reaction temperature by optimizing the working conditions,based on the simulation model of furnace outlet temperature in diesel hydrorefining reaction,BP neural network PID controller and RBF neural network PID controller were designed for heating furnace outlet temperature,and were applied to the simulation model.The simulation results were compared with PID control.It is concluded that the PID control has high volatility index,poor dynamic performance and easy to shock.BP neural network PID control system is relatively stable,but there is still a long transition time,hysteresis.RBF neural network PID control can improve the shortcomings of the above two kinds of control,improve the approximation ability and control effect,and better realize the accurate control of the temperature in diesel hydrogenation reaction.(4)The principle of fuzzy neural network PID control algorithm is studied.The PID control strategy is combined with the fuzzy control strategy to improve the adaptability of fuzzy control to the reaction temperature.Through the simulation research of the fuzzy PID control system,It is proved that the combination of fuzzy control and PID control can improve the control performance of the system and reduce the parameter setting frequency.Based on the fuzzy PID control theory,the RBF neural network is applied to the fuzzy control algorithm.With the self-learning ability of the neural network,the fuzzy control rule and membership function are optimized.The simulation results show that the RBF neural network fuzzy controller improves the steady-state precision and optimizes the fuzzy control algorithm compared with the pure fuzzy controller.(5)The temperature control performance of various control algorithms in diesel hydrogenation system was verified by MATLAB simulation.It is concluded that the fuzzy RBF network PID control has the shortest transition time and the best anti-interference performance in the temperature control system.It further ensures the stability of the system,realizes the smooth and efficient operation of the diesel hydrogenation unit,and improves the safety and economic benefits.In general,by studying the diesel hydrogenation reaction temperature system,this paper optimized the diesel hydrogenation reaction conditions,realized the online measurement of the reaction temperature,made up for the lag of manual adjustment,and improved the production efficiency.Aiming at controlling the optimal temperature,the temperature control model was established according to the actual operation situation,and the control performance of various intelligent control algorithms in the temperature system was verified by MATLAB simulation.The above research results have reference significance for the adjustment of actual working conditions and provide a theoretical basis for the intelligent diesel hydrogenation temperature control system. |
