Based on magnetic coagulation technology, this paper carries out a comparative study of various adsorption-enhanced magnetic coagulation processes in view of its insufficient ability to remove dissolved pollutants, and deeply discusses the removal mechanism of pollutants in polluted water by adsorption-enhanced magnetic coagulation process. Then, the electrocoagulation and magnetic coagulation processes are coupled to develop a new electromagnetic coupling enhanced coagulation process, and the treatment effect of the new process on contaminated water and the pollutant removal mechanism are studied. Finally, the BP neural network model is used to fit the pollutant removal of the enhanced magnetic coagulation process and the electromagnetic enhanced coagulation process, which provides theoretical basis and technical guidance for the practical operation and application of the two processes. The main findings of the paper are as follows:(1)The results showed that the enhanced magnetic coagulation process removed93.72%,49.63%,90.67%and 67.44%of the turbidity,NH4+-N,TP and COD by the enhanced magnetic coagulation process, respectively.Compared with conventional coagulation and magnetic coagulation processes, the enhanced magnetic coagulation process greatly improves the removal of NH4+-N on the basis of maintaining the advantages of the magnetic coagulation process. The removal analysis of different forms of pollutants showed that the enhanced magnetic coagulation process could effectively remove dissolved pollutants. The process mechanism study shows that enhanced magnetic coagulation has good coagulation effect and fast sedimentation separation process, mainly for adsorption and removal of NH4+-N,and chemical reaction for TP.(2)The turbidity of electro-magnetic coagulation,NH4+-N COD and TP in water were 95.01%,0.49%,70.05%and 96.35%,respectively.The turbidity of water, NH4+-N,COD and TP in the electromagnetic enhanced coagulation process were95.20%,43.90%,74.79%and 96.35%,respectively.The electro-magnetic coagulation process and electromagnetic enhanced coagulation process have higher removal of dissolved and insoluble TP in water, and the latter has significantly improved the removal of dissolved NH4+-N compared with the former.Fluorescence spectroscopy analysis showed that the removal of tyrosine, tryptophan and fulvic acid in water was improved after the combination of electrocoagulation process, magnetic coagulation process and enhanced magnetic coagulation.According to calculations, the cost of water treatment per ton of electromagnetic enhanced coagulation process is 1.8144yuan,which has certain economic feasibility.(3)The BP neural network was used to fit the process of enhanced magnetic coagulation and electromagnetic enhanced coagulation process to treat polluted water, and the model between each process condition and the related pollution removal rate was obtained, and the model fit was high, which could be used as a powerful tool for the development and application of enhanced magnetic coagulation process and electromagnetic enhanced coagulation process. |
