| This study aims at the problems of easy degradation of propithiobacillazole,high toxicity of degradation products to non-target organisms and resistance by repeated use.Combined with the physicochemical properties of propithiazole and chitosan quaternary salts,as well as the characteristics of pests,propionazole synergistic nanoparticles(Prothioconazole@MSNs-HACC)was designed and prepared,aiming at improving the utilization rate of propithiazole,reducing environmental pollution and improving the safety of non-target organisms.The morphologic characteristics of Prothioconazole@MSNsHACC were characterized,and its release properties,photolysis resistance,cell adhesion,plant conductivity and antibacterial activity against gibber wheat were studied.Finally,its safety against zebrafish and wheat was investigated.The main results are as follows:1.Preparation and characterization of Prothioconazole@MSNs-HACC:Using mesoporous silica nanoparticles loaded with propithioprazole,and then using chitosan quaternary salts to modify the surface of the functional to preparation of propionazole synergistic nanoparticles(Prothioconazole@MSNs-HACC).The characterization results showed that Prothioconazole@MSNs-HACC was successfully prepared,with a diameter of about 80 nm.It was a round or elliptic sphere with irregular convex surface coated with chitosan quaternary salts.2.Physicochemical properties of Prothioconazole@MSNs-HACC:The drug loading rate of Prothioconazole@MSNs-HACC was 39.07%.The results of release behavior showed that alkaline environment was conducive to the release of propithiazole in Prothioconazole@MSNs-HACC.Under the condition of p H 9,the cumulative release rate of propithiazole in Prothioconazole@MSNs-HACC reached31.47% in methanol-water mixture.The results of anti-photolysis test showed that Prothioconazole@MSNs-HACC reduced the photolysis rate of propithiazole,and the decomposition rate of propithiazole aqueous emulsion reached 81.73% after 24 h ultraviolet irradiation.The decomposition rate of Prothioconazole@MSNs-HACC reached41.88% after 24 h ultraviolet irradiation.3.Study on the biological effects of Prothioconazole@MSNs-HACC:The results of yeast cell adhesion test showed that Prothioconazole@MSNs-HACC It has good cell adhesion.The results of maize plant conductivity test show that Prothioconazole@MSNs-HACC It has good internal absorption conductivity in the plant body,and a large amount of fluorescence is observed in the untreated area.The antibacterial activity test results showed that,Prothioconazole@MSNs-HACC Improved the antibacterial activity of propionazole.The safety evaluation results indicate that,Prothioconazole@MSNs-HACC Reduced the toxicity of propionazole to non target organisms,from poisoning to low toxicity,Prothioconazole@MSNs-HACC The LC50(14.656 mg/L)of zebrafish indicates a approximately double reduction in toxicity compared to propionazole.The safety test results of wheat indicate that spraying Prothioconazole@MSNs-HACC The growth status of wheat seedlings is better than that of wheat seedlings sprayed with propionazole. |
