| Metal sulfides are optoelectronic materials with low electronegativity.They are widely used in catalysis,solar cells,and optoelectronic sensing due to their high electron transfer efficiency and fast response speed;As a carbon-based nanomaterial,graphene(GO)has high electron mobility and good electron transport properties.In addition,GO can also play a role in amplifying the signal,which has attracted much attention in the field of electrochemistry.Compared with detection methods such as fluorescence spectroscopy,chromatography,and electrochemistry,photoelectroch-emical(PEC)sensing has attracted much attention due to its high sensitivity,low cost,simple detection method,and fast analysis speed,and has broad development prospects.In this paper,a PEC sensor based on metal sulfide and GO is constructed,and the constructed sensor is applied in the field of drug detection.The details are as follows:The rod-shaped Bi2S3was synthesized by hydrothermal method.Starting from ZIF-8,Zn S was synthesized by etching and solvothermal method,TiO2and GO were synthesized by traditional solution method,and Bi2S3/Zn S/TiO2/GO nanocomposites were obtained by compounding.Based on the inhibitory effect of rutin on photocurrent,a Bi2S3/Zn S/TiO2/GO/GCE PEC sensor for rutin detection was constructed.The photocurrent of the sensor decreases with the increase of rutin concentration and has a good linear relationship,with a wide linear range,namely0.01-100μM,low detection limit,LOD of 0.004μM,and recovery rate of98.59%-100.69%,The RSD was 0.43%-0.66%,indicating that the detection of real rutin samples has good feasibility.The flower-like Sn S2and sea urchin-like Ag Bi S2were successfully synthesized by the solvothermal method,and then combined with GO,the Sn S2/Ag Bi S2/GO composite material was successfully prepared,which has excellent PEC performance.which are selective for photocurrent in acetaminophen(AP)on the basis of the inhibitory effect,a PEC sensor for AP detection was successfully prepared.In the best environment,the sensor has a wide linear range:0.01-1μM and 1-50μM,and a low detection limit(LOD=0.004μM),good anti-interference,stability and reproducibility;it can realize sensitive detection of AP real samples,which has potential development prospects.Cd-In2S3was successfully synthesized by solvothermal method,b-TiO2was obtained by reducing TiO2with Na BH4at high temperature,and Cd-In2S3/b-TiO2/GO with excellent PEC performance was obtained by combining Cd-In2S3,b-TiO2and GO based on the composite material,a PEC sensor for baicalein detection was constructed based on the selective inhibition of baicalein on the photocurrent of the composite material.The Cd-In2S3/b-TiO2/GO/GCE sensor has a wide linear range(1n M-10 n M,10 n M-30μM),low detection limits(LOD(S/N=3)=0.5 n M),good stability,reproducibility,and immunity to interference,and shows a good recovery rate in the detection of baicalein real samples,indicating that it has a broad development prospect in baicalein real samples. |
