In practice,it is a challenging problem to determine the surface accuracy of parts and improve the assembly sequence analysis algorithm.Under the background of manufacturing 2025 in China,existing assembly analysis models need to be upgraded and transformed to meet the fast changing market demand.At the same time,virtual reality technology has developed rapidly in recent years,and combined with mature rendering engine,it can provide users with immersive virtual assembly experience.In this paper,according to the assembly positioning datum sequence and assembly sequence,the theoretical research suitable for computer analysis is proposed,and the virtual assembly technology is combined to provide better guidance and suggestions for users.Through the results of this study,we expect to be able to provide new ideas and methods to solve manufacturing problems,and promote the intelligent development of manufacturing industry.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The error model between planar and cylindrical combined surfaces is established,the datum sequence of parallel combined surfaces is analyzed according to small displacement screw,and six functional design principles are given.After defining the assembly diagram vertex class,the assembly diagram of the import file is generated,and the topological sorting algorithm for depth-first traversal of the assembly diagram is used as the assembly sequence for simple assemblies.Comparing with the inverse interference matrix generation method,this system shows the advantages of the complexity in calculating the assembly sequence results using the topological algorithm.Use Unity as the virtual scene development engine for software,build virtual factory scenes,select Pico Neo 3 as the VR hardware device for the first time,and use Solid Works to model.Write Unity scripts to support STL format file import for Solid Works.Simultaneously arrange the light and music of the scene,design and make simple UI interface under virtual scene(including but not limited to operation guide interface,assembly sequence recommendation interface,benchmark sequence interface).Design and function user login registration system to facilitate user information preservation.A model of the hand was built,and the results showed that it is better to select the axle positioning as the virtual assembly technology.Finally,some codes of the software are implemented and compared experimentally.Using two headset monitors,Pico Neo 3 and HTC Vive Pro,we tested the feasibility of hardware layout,VR characteristics and software performance of this system and the same type of system.Next,we launched a satisfaction survey and analyzed the direction of further software optimization.
