Preparation Of Color-Changing Gels Based On Rare Earth Ions And Their Information Storage Performance Research

Abstract/Summary:
In this paper,we designed and synthesized a variety of rare earth polymer gels with acrylic acid as the main polymer network,rare earth europium ion as the light source,and pyridine compounds as the photoregulatory gel factors.By studying the specific red light emission phenomenon after electrification,the electrochromic photoluminescence mechanism was defined.By doping a variety of different gel factors to adjust the red light emission,the preliminary application of electrochromic gel in information storage and information encryption is realized.The specific research contents are as follows:1)Using 2-acetyl pyridine,methyl bromoacetate and diethylenetriamine as basic raw materials,double tripyridine gel factors were obtained through a series of reactions.The gel factor was used as a bridging factor to coordinate with europium ion to form supramolecular network,and acrylic acid was added as the main network of polymer gel.Under certain conditions,acrylic acid monomer polymerization was induced to make polymer gel.The original supramolecular network and covalent bond network were cross-linked to obtain a hydrogel with strong mechanical properties.At the same time,by adjusting the proportion of each component in the gel and the reaction conditions in the preparation process of the gel,the mechanical properties of the gel were precisely regulated,and the mechanical properties were further enhanced.Finally,the gel material with strong tensile resistance,plasticity and self-healing performance was obtained2)Using the characteristics that the structure of diketones is affected by the environmental p H value,and different structures have different degrees of photosensitization to rare earth ions,using diketones as ligands and europium ions for coordination,acid-base color-changing gels that can respond to external stimuli have been successfully prepared.An external electrode is used to electrify the gel,and the p H value of the part in contact with the negative electrode increases due to the electrolysis of water,which changes its emission color,thus realizing the information encryption operation of information writing on the gel material.A variety of gel factors were tested,and gel materials with different electrochromic properties were obtained.Two kinds of information encryption strategies were designed by combining the gel of different gel factors,and two different information encryption devices were prepared,which could write more complex information.Gel devices can display different information at different times,hide the real information in it,realize multiple encryption of information,and the information content will be self-erasing with the passage of time,further ensure the security of encrypted information,such encrypted information writing and erasing can be repeated many times.
