Mining trucks are the most important means of transportation in mining and transportation.Traditional fuel mining trucks have large fuel consumption,high carbon emissions and serious environmental pollution.Solving the emission and pollution problems of traditional fuel mining trucks has become the primary development goal of mining trucks.As one of the main development directions of new energy vehicles,the hybrid power system is of great significance to reduce the carbon emissions of mining trucks,alleviate the energy crisis and improve the environment.Due to the special mine working environment and driving conditions of mining trucks,the development of a set of vehicle control strategies suitable for hybrid mining trucks is a very important part of the design and research of hybrid mining trucks,which can reduce the fuel consumption and use cost of mining trucks and improve the fuel economy of mining trucks.This paper takes Zoomlion 118 diesel mine truck as the prototype,and designs the series hybrid system structure of the mine truck according to the basic parameters of the prototype diesel mine truck.According to the basic parameters of the vehicle and the structure of the power system,the parameters of the power components of the vehicle are matched and selected,and the dynamic performance of the hybrid power system of the mining truck is simulated by using MATLAB/Simulink software to determine the selected drive system to meet the performance requirements of the mining truck.The vehicle control mode is designed based on the series hybrid power system structure of hybrid mining truck.According to the requirements of vehicle start-up and drive control,the control logic of vehicle power-on and power-off,the motor drive torque control strategy,the motor speed control strategy during manual shift,the composite power following power generation control strategy and the limp mode control strategy based on vehicle fault management are formulated.In order to recover the energy lost in the process of braking and downhill,the regenerative braking torque energy feedback based on the brake pedal opening and real-time speed is adopted,and the fuzzy logic control strategy is used to compensate the braking demand torque for the brake pedal opening.For the downhill energy recovery control method of hybrid mine card,the downhill sliding braking energy recovery control strategy based on target speed is adopted.The entry conditions of the downhill sliding braking energy recovery control mode and the control strategy of braking torque exit are formulated.The PID controller is used to control the downhill sliding braking torque based on the target speed to adjust the speed in real time,so as to ensure the sliding braking at the target speed when the mine card is downhill.According to the vehicle control strategy,the vehicle control strategy model is built and simulated.The results verify the rationality and feasibility of the driving,power generation,braking and downhill energy recovery control strategy of the series hybrid mining truck.The feasibility and effectiveness of the vehicle control strategy model and the vehicle communication system are tested by simulation and communication experiments.A set of vehicle control strategy suitable for hybrid mining trucks is of great significance for reducing the fuel consumption of mining trucks and improving the fuel economy of mining trucks.
