GTAW(Gas Tungsten Arc Welding)is widely used in aerospace,petrochemical,and nuclear industry component manufacturing.At present,it is mainly welded by workers,which seriously restricts the welding efficiency and welding quality.Real-time tracking of its welding seam is an effective way to improve welding quality and welding efficiency.The welding seam tracking method based on the magnetron swing arc has the advantages of simple structure,good flexibility,non-contact and high swing frequency.However,at present,this method does not sample the positioning signal,and the tracking accuracy is not high.,and most of them are aimed at GMAW,and there is no research and application for GTAW,so it is difficult to overcome the interference of GTAW side wire filling to the arc signal.Aiming at these problems,this paper proposes a wire-filled GTAW seam tracking method based on coded magnetron swing arc sensing.A coded magnetron arc sensor is designed,and the stable swing of the arc is controlled by encoding the excitation current.Combined with the method of dividing the excitation current,the arc signal can be positioned and the tracking accuracy can be improved.A method to extract GTAW deviation of filling wire based on coded magnetron arc sensing is proposed,and the mathematical model of magnetron arc swing and the mathematical model of droplet transition size and frequency under the action of magnetic field are established.Through the combination of mathematical model prediction and welding seam deviation calculatio n,the interference of the side wire filling to the arc signal is overcome.A method of dynamic monitoring of welding wire position is proposed to improve the identification accuracy of welding seam deviation.A wire-filled GTAW seam tracking system based on coded magnetron arc sensing is designed,and the composition and function of the system are analyzed.The system is used to conduct experiments to verify the accuracy and stability of the arc swing controlled by the coded magnetron arc sensor.Within a certain arc length,the design of the sensor and the accuracy of the mathematical model meet the actual requirements.A welding seam tracking controller based on coded magnetron arc sensing and filling wire GTAW is designed,and the welding seam deviation adjustment is realized.Carry out welding process experiments,select process parameters with better weld quality to conduct weld tracking experiments,and conduct weld tracking experiments on fillet welds,V-groove welds,and lap welds to verify the weld tracking controller.tracking performance.
