Epoxy resin(EP)has become one of the most widely used coatings substrates in recent years.It is found that adding inorganic fillers can effectively improve the shortcomings of EP,such as poor permeability and many internal pores.Molybdenum disulfide(MoS2)is a two-dimensional lamellar inorganic material with strong chemical stability and active groups on its surface.Through chemical grafting modification,MoS2 can better adapt to the organic coating system and enhance the coating properties.However,the high humidity sensitivity and less surface active groups of commercially available lamellar MoS2 affect the further application of MoS2.In order to solve the above problems and explore the application prospect of functional modification of MoS2,this paper first successfully prepared hollow bulb MoS2 by one-step hydrothermal method and explored the preparation process of MoS2.Secondly,silane coupling agent KH570 was used to improve the dispersion of EP,and the effects of different structures and modified MoS2 on EP properties were investigated.Finally,perfluorosilane coupling agent PFDMS was used to functionize MoS2 and prepare PFDMS-hollow flowerball MoS2 material with superhydrophobic properties.The superhydrophobic organic coating material was successfully prepared with powder Epoxy resin as the base material.The properties and conclusions of the coating were explored.(1)Preparation,characterization and preparation process of hollow bulb MoS2.The test results show that all the MoS2 structures prepared by one-step hydrothermal method are stable 2H phase.In this preparation method,the main factors affecting the formation of MoS2 are as follows:The concentration of the raw material of the reaction solution affects the size of the microspheres.In the range of 0.2~0.05mol/L of the raw material concentration of the reaction solution,the size of the bulb MoS2 decreases with the decrease of the concentration of the reaction solution.The selection of sulfur source and the pH value of the reaction solution will affect the molding of MoS2.When the sulfur source is thioacetamide and the pH value is less than or equal to 5,the lamellar structure of MoS2 is obtained.Template agent CTAB can induce the formation of core-shaped MoS2 hollow structure,and the effect is better when the sulfur source is thiourea.(2)KH570’s modification effect on MoS2 and the influence of MoS2 on EP coating properties were explored.The test results show that:After the modification of flower-bulb MoS2,KH570 can effectively reduce the agglomeration phenomenon of flower-bulb MoS2,but the modification effect of KH570 on laminar MoS2 is not obvious.KH570-Hollow bulb MoS2/EP adhesion decreased the lowest,hollow bulb MoS2/EP adhesion decreased the highest.the addition of MoS2 improves the corrosion resistance of EP coating,and the comprehensive corrosion resistance of KH570-hollow bulb MoS2/EP is the best within 48h of immersion time,and the corrosion resistance of lamella MoS2/EP decreases the most with time.the salt spray resistance of KH570-bulb MoS2/EP is the best within 168h of salt spray environment.The salt spray resistance of pure EP and bulb MoS2/EP is poor.Pure EP coating will appear obvious corrosion holes and cracks by strong acid and alkali corrosion,MoS2 in EP coating can effectively resist the corrosion of strong acid and alkali,and the comprehensive resistance to strong acid and alkali is KH570-flower MoS2/EP best.(3)Hydrophobic functionalized modification of MoS2 and preparation of superhydrophobic organic coating.After PFDMS modification,the hydrophobicity and oleophobicity of lamellated Mo S2 were enhanced,and the superhydrophobicity of hollow flowersphere MoS2 was obtained and the oleophobicity Angle reached 120°.Modification of PFDMS can lead to obvious agglomeration of lamellar MoS2.The powder Epoxy coating and powder polyamide coating with PFDMS-MoS2 as filler show superhydrophobic properties.The superhydrophobic coating forms an air isolation layer before being wetted,which significantly improves the corrosion resistance of the coating.However,the superhydrophobic coating prepared by this method will gradually be wetted in water for a long time,leading to failure.
