In recent years,with the steady increase of the national residents’ income,the consumption power of the people has significantly strengthened,and the demand for technology convenience products continues to rise.Smart home products have become a key focus of the home industry development.Among them,the smart toilet is highly favored by consumers due to its comfortable and convenient features and is one of the fastest-growing household products in terms of sales.However,as a typical cross-border integration product,the development time of smart toilets in China is short.Compared with well-known foreign brands,there are still certain gaps in comfort,technology level,and cost.Specifically,most components rely on imports,leading to high manufacturing prices,and the toilet control systems mostly imitate foreign systems,resulting in a dependence on foreign technology.The lack of innovation and technological accumulation in domestic research on smart toilets is not conducive to the development of the localization of smart toilets.Therefore,developing a fully functional and innovative smart toilet control system has significant research significance for the development of China’s smart toilet industry.Firstly,this thesis provides an overview of the research background and development status of smart toilets both domestically and abroad,and provides a detailed explanation of the mechanical structure and functional event principle of smart toilets.In response to the limitations of existing smart toilet control system designs,this thesis proposes a design scheme for a smart toilet control system,which divides the system into eight subsystems,making the hardware design of each functional module independent of each other and increasing the system’s scalability.Meanwhile,based on the characteristics of multiple parts and diverse functions of smart toilets,a serial bus communication protocol based on SCI is designed,which defines the concepts of devices,components,and nodes,simplifies the hardware design of the control system,and achieves communication between different components.Then,the hardware circuit and software program design of the main control board and slave control board of this system are the main focus.The hardware circuit design includes the design of the GD32E230C8T6 microprocessor core circuit,power module circuit,and bus communication circuit.In addition,the main control board has the following circuits: serial port selector circuit,sensor signal circuit,heating module circuit,drying fan circuit,deodorizing fan circuit,and pulse valve circuit;while the slave control board has motor control circuit and auxiliary function circuit.The software program design includes the porting of the Free RTOS real-time operating system,the introduction of task management mechanism for the specific functions of the toilet,the architecture of the bus communication protocol,the use of PID control algorithm for motor speed regulation,and cyclic redundancy check algorithm for data transmission verification.Finally,a testing platform for the intelligent toilet control system was built in the laboratory.The system’s circuit waveform signals were tested on the hardware,and the system’s bus communication data were verified on the software.The designed circuit board was assembled on the physical product,and the overall functions of the intelligent toilet were tested.After joint debugging with the mechanical part of the intelligent toilet,the experimental results confirmed that the designed intelligent toilet control system can accurately perform the daily functions of the intelligent toilet,meeting the expected design requirements.Compared with traditional intelligent toilet control devices,all circuits in this paper are independently designed,reducing hardware costs and ensuring the real-time performance of intelligent toilet functions,providing a solid technical support for future research on intelligent toilet control systems.
