Preparation And Properties Control Of High Whiteness White Sulfoaluminate Cement | | Posted on:2024-06-04 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Z Wang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2531307100991789 | Subject:Materials and Chemical Engineering (Professional Degree) | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | White Sulfoaluminate Cement(W·SAC)has been widely used in architectural decoration materials,but its performance and stability need to be improved.It is of great significance to master the sintering method of W·SAC clinker as soon as possible and the influence trend of related raw materials,mineral composition and performance regulating admixtures for preparing W·SAC.SEM-EDS、hydration calorimetry、TG-DSC and XRD-Rietveld were used to study the effect of Al/Si ratio on mineral composition and chroma of W·SAC clinker;The effect of aluminum raw material on mineral composition,grain size and mechanical properties of W·SAC clinker;The effect of magnesium oxide and borax doping on mineral composition and chroma of W·SAC clinker;The effect of gypsum,retarder and Ca CO3 on mechanical and hydration properties of W·SAC.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)The ratio of Al/Si(N)has an important effect on the mineral composition and the solid solution characteristics of Fe elements of W·SAC clinker,thus affecting the hydration performance and chroma of W·SAC clinker.(2)Aluminum raw material plays a key role in mineral formation of W·SAC clinker.Industrial aluminum hydroxide as raw material to burn into W·SAC clinker can effectively promote C4A?formation.Taking bauxite as raw material to the clinker burning is one of the most small grain orthogonal type C4A?-O,to improve the early strength.Coloring elements in bauxite can significantly reduce the whiteness of clinker.(3)Borax(Na2B4O7.10H2O)and MgO doping is not conducive to the formation of C4A?.However,Na2B4O7.10H2O can improve the whiteness of W·SAC clinker,while Mg O can reduce it.(4)The type and dosage of gypsum have an important effect on hydration rate,setting time and mechanical properties of W·SAC.The best setting and mechanical properties of W·SAC can be obtained by adding gypsum with anhydrous gypsum as the main gypsum and gypsum dihydrate as the supplement.Ca CO3 can play an important role in regulating the performance of W·SAC.When the dosage of CaCO3 is5%,W·SAC has the maximum 28d compressive strength. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | W·SAC, Al2O3/SiO2 ratio (N), aluminium raw material, mineral composition, ion doping, setting time, compressive strength, chroma | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
