| Trifluoromethyl is a strong electron-absorbing group containing three fluorine atoms, which can significantly change the physical and chemical properties of molecules in compounds.Compounds containing trifluoromethyl are also more and more widely used in our daily production and life.So far, research work on the synthesis of trifluoromethyl mainly focuses on two aspects: Direct trifluoromethylation of fluorinated reagents and direct conversion of existing trifluoromethyl compounds..However,the construction of trifluoromethyl through the fluorination reaction of difluoroalkenes is still rare.In this thesis, the novel trifluoromethyl imines were synthesized efficiently from palladium catalyst and metal-free catalyst, using allyl monofluoro compounds and difluoro olefins as reaction modules, through C-F bond breaking and C-F bond formation. This paper mainly discusses and studies from the following two aspects.1.Under metal-free catalysis,MBH monofluoro compounds and difluoro olefin imines undergo nucleophilic addition reaction to obtain highly stereoselective cis-trans trifluoromethyl compounds.2.The use of transition metal Pd catalysts for the oxidative addition of allyl monofluorocompounds enables the addition reaction of palladium species with difluoro olefin imines. This reaction provides a new idea for transition metal catalyzed inert bond breakage and trifluoromethyl formation. |
