The optimization of the mine ventilation system is a further guarantee for the increase of mine production,staff safety,and underground tunnel planning.In response to the high complexity of the network topology structure of the mine ventilation system,this article conducts theoretical research in the fields of ventilation system optimization,network topology structure,and network solution.Combined with the calculation of on-site measured data in the mine,a simplified method and calculation formula for the complexity of the network topology structure of the mine ventilation system are proposed,and a comprehensive evaluation of the current ventilation system in Yaoqiao Coal Mine is conducted,based on the complexity simplification method of network topology structure,the ventilation system of Yaoqiao Coal Mine was simplified in terms of topology structure.Based on this,an optimization plan for the ventilation system of Yaoqiao Coal Mine was proposed,and each optimization plan was solved and analyzed to determine the optimal plan.The main research is as follows:(1)Through theoretical analysis of the field of ventilation system network topology structure,the complex characteristics of complex network ventilation system network topology structure were proposed,the calculation method of topology structure complexity was defined,and a zoning simplification method for complex ventilation network topology structure that exists in series structure,parallel structure,and corner structure was proposed to simplify the network topology structure of Yaoqiao Coal Mine ventilation system.(2)Using the entropy weight TOPSPS comprehensive evaluation method,a two-level nested comprehensive evaluation is conducted on the fan operation,network topology complexity,and reliability of the current ventilation system in Yaoqiao Coal Mine.Based on the evaluation results and the actual production conditions of the mine,the ventilation system of Yaoqiao Coal Mine has been analyzed,and the existing problems such as long return air routes,redundant tunnels,and high complexity of the ventilation system network topology have been identified.The optimized location of the zoning has been determined.(3)A screening method for high resistance roadways was proposed,which determined the high resistance roadways by the ratio of the cumulative length of the main return air roadways to the cumulative resistance.Combined with the optimization objective function,the roadways that can be optimized were further determined;Based on the results of the function and the actual geological conditions of the mine,four optimization schemes were designed under the layout mode of "two mining and three excavation" and "two mining and four excavation" in Yaoqiao Coal Mine.The four optimization schemes were understood and calculated,and their implementation effects and economy were analyzed to determine the optimal scheme.This paper includes 24 figures,23 tables and 63 references.
